  Three families (11) just back from Port Aransas for Labor Day weekend. We needed five bedrooms and we found it here. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There are two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom upstairs on level 2 and 3. On the bottom level - we made it the kids suite (one large open bedroom with 1 double and 3 twins and a bedroom with a queen bedroom. The bedroom had the bathroom and the entrance to the pool area. The pool was nice for happy hour each afternoon. A nice hottub awaited us too. The only thing that was missing was a BBQ grill. They have asked that NO BBQ be done on property. Probably smart in this crazy desert this year! So there is NO grill. The home is located just behind one of the roads that goes to the beach - behind Island Dunes condos and is only 2 minutes to the beach. There is a walkway from the subdivision to "Dune Marker" 16. This place was the most comfortable we had ever been. There are TV's in every room and bathrooms galore. Very nice place! Pricey but very nice!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

  We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Port A in the Island Star house. The house was perfect for everyone. We loved the private pool and hot tub. We hope to make this our yearly vacation spot from now on.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Our 1st here & what a Lovely place! The decorations & the landscape - all to perfection. Even fully stocked kitchen gets our vote! The weather was cool, & sunny, but of course the day we depart it's warm & in the 70's We had fun walking the beach! Good Shelling! Hope to come again!

  The house is georgous & comfortable, & the decoration are GENIUS! We loved it! We'll we back next Thanksgiving! Also the landscaping attention to detail in house & gardens were awesome!

  Another year, and we are so glad we were able to stay in your home again! We love the improvements you've made since last year. We had a blast again this year! The kids still love everything! We will be back next year!
