Cozy and charming older farm house located in the heart of downtown Culver. House is located on a pleasant corner bordered by large, old oak trees and professionally landscaped. Spend countless hours sitting on comfortable covered front porch, watching the world pass by. And if you are so inclined, many fine restaurants and shopping are within a five minute walk. The lake and beach are eight minutes away by foot.

Inside, you will be warmed by the colorful plaster walls and hard wood floors. Plenty of beds and linens will accommodate a group of ten, but a small group would be equally comfortable. There are plenty of televisions with cable, and wireless internet service, but you may be inclined to use neither.

    • Air Conditioning : Ceiling fans in every room and large, old maple tress on East and South sides of house keep this house unusually cool. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.
    • Linens Provided : Two to three sets of linens provided for each mattress. Blankets and throws provide additional comfort on those cool evenings. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels for your comfort.
    • Washer : Brand new, front-end load stack.
    • Dryer : Brand new, front-end stack.
    • Garage : Attached garage used for storage.
    • Off Street Parking : Plenty of parking available on Street bordering South side of property. Parking lot behind community library catty corner from house.
    • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : Long and wide driveway provides adequate parking for boat and trailer. Several cars can be accommodated, as well.
    • Gas Fireplace : No fireplace, but gas grill and charcoal grill located on private, back deck.

    • Queen Bed (2) : One queen bed in upstairs, master bedroom. One queen bed in smaller bedroom, where bunks are also located. The smaller bedroom is perfect for parents who prefer to be in the same room with their small children!
    • Bunk Bed : One bunk bed in second, upstairs bedroom. Unit has pull out trundle bed, creating three separate sleeping spaces.
    • Convertible Bed : In the master bedroom, where one of the queen size beds is located, there is a love seat that has a pull-out twin mattress.

    • Lake View : Lake can be seen from yard and upstairs bedroom and is a five minute walk from house.

    • Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Renters must be at least 25 years old, except in the case of Academy Graduates, with whom we have had great success.

The Unique Benefits of this House

Every trip to Culver is a treat for me. I believe my blood pressure drops 20 points as I approach the town. I can park my car at home and walk nearly every where I want to go, whether it be banking, dining, shopping or going to the post office. On Saturday mornings, there is a Farmers Market a half block south of my home. It is a quaint and quiet retreat from the pressures of every day life.
