Beautiful 5000 sq ft 3 story home on the mighty Pacific Ocean with circular drive on 3/4 of an acre and stairs to the semi-private beach. Ideal for several couples and their children, Family reunions, corporate retreats, girls or guys get-away. Caretakers on outer edge of property.
Salmon Run golf course nearby. Quaint, picturesque harbor with restaurants, shops, and coffee house with entertainment. Four beautiful rivers within a 25 miles - Rogue, Chetco, Winchuck and the Smith. Lots of hiking and fishing opportunities.
Numerous gathering areas to enjoy reading, puzzles, chatting,or enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage while watching the beautiful ocean. You will see many birds and the occasional whale. - Air Conditioning: 2 air conditioning/heating units so you can control the 3 story home to the perfect temperature. Well built home with double pane windows so even though you are on the coast it is not damp or cold.
- Washer: Large laundry room with a rod for hanging clothes on hangers and a built in ironing board and iron.

- Linens Provided: Since we sleep 16 in beds we have plenty of new/clean sheets, blankets,pillows etc.
- Garage: 3 car garage with newly painted floor, plenty of wood for the wood burning stove,even an access door from the garage so you only have to carry the wood a few steps.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Large circular driveway gives plenty of room for RV's, boats, or cars. Even a place to hook up an RV to electrical and water.
- Gas Fireplace: 2 gas fireplaces. One is in the living room and is on a remote. The other one is in the basement and is controlled by a thermostat.
- Wood Stove: Wood stove is in the Family room and has easy access to the garage for firewood. We supply the wood!
- Beds
- Queen Bed (4) : All 4 bedrooms have their own queen bed with new comforters, pillows, sheets and all the linen needed. 3 bedrooms have and Oceanview! The other one has a few of the hills and lily fields & cows!
- Bunk Bed: Bunk bed with brand new matresses, sheets, pillows and comforters. Oceanview!
- Convertible Bed (3) : There is a new queen futon in the den with all new linens. there is a new queen sofa bed in the family room right in front of a gas fireplace. The other queen sleeper sofa bed is in the basement.Both with Oceanview!

- Cable/Satellite TV (2) : Large TV in beautiful entertainment cabinet with DVR, DVD, and VHS in Family room with 3 piece large overstuffed leather furniture. Large TV in basement in a media room like setting (couch with 2 lazy boy recliners on both ends and 2 remote control chairs)with DVR,DVD,and VHS. Both rooms also have Oceanviews!

- Cooking Utensils Provided: The kitchen is complete with pots/pans, crock pot,blender, coffeepots, airpots for coffee, cookware, knives, utensils, crab cracking supplies, filet knives, mandoline, counter wine opener, cutting boards etc.
- Refrigerator: Side by side black refrigerator with ice/water in door. If you are out of town we usually have a dozen eggs, butter, bread, and condiments for your first breakfast or so.

- Balcony (2) : 1 balcony off the dining room with bbq on it and 4 stools and ledge for enjoying wine or cigar or just hanging out while the cook is barbequeing and watching the ocean. The other balcony is off the family room with table and chairs for dining or just relaxing and watching the ocean.

- Beachfront: There are 58 steps down to the semi-private like beach where there is tide pools at low tide, a cave to explore, driftwood gathering and lots of beachcombing to do.
- Oceanfront: There is a grassy back yard and then 58 steps down to the beach.
- Mountain View: Looking out the front a beautiful view of the lily fields, occasional cows, and a mountain view.
