This is an older, well cared for, two story home with a large game room. In the game room is a standard 3.5 by 7' pool table, 4 twin beds that double as couches for the game room. There is a nice sized spa that is enclosed and out of the weather. In the back, there is a large wood deck that has a Bar-B-Q, table and chairs. Great for picnics and entertaining, weather allowing.
The living, dining room and kitchen are all in one and therefore nice sized for get togethers. When you leave for the slopes, you need only to walk 152 steps to the start of the ski area parking lot. That means that you can come home for lunch and not miss a lot of skiing.
There is a Circle K just down at the corner of Summit Blvd and Big Bear Blvd, approximately a mile for all your pick-up items.
This is a fantastic ski chalet that you will be talking about long after you go back to the city. Fun times to be had by all.

Why the Owner Chose Big Bear Lake
We bought this home because it was only 152 steps from the largest ski area in So. California, parking lot. It is two story with a large game room, an indoor jacuzzi as well as a pool table.
It is clost to town, the lake and shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Two Story Home
We can walk to the ski mountain with our ski boots on and come home for lunch. It is just 4 to 5 minutes away from the house.
