Located in Tahoe Village on the Nevada Side of Heavenly this ski condo has spectacular unobstructed views from the top floor where you can see beautiful sunrises, sunsets over the world renown Lake Tahoe.
Orion is a 4-level townhouse with multiple decks, three private entrances, lakeviews, and availability for the first time as a vacation rental for 2008/2009 season which is proving to be another Heavenly ski season with several feet of snow falling in the past two weeks!!
The most breathtaking views come from the third level living room, deck, and 4th level loft. This is where countless friends and family members have felt the warmth of the 24' x 24' living space with exposed 13' timber beam ceiling. The living area stands out from most due to it's amazing views and accented domestic and exotic woods ranging from Redwood and Knotty Pine to Teak and Purple Heart from the Amazon rain forest. Kick back to sports, news, movies or your favorite TV show with a 42" plasma HDTV. Relax, play, and entertain with gaming table, wet bar, and mini fridge within arms reach for refreshments. If you want a night on the town, no other ski resort offers the 24/7 amenities like Heavenly. Check out some of the favorite local bars and restaurants or try your luck at any of the 5 local Casinos, a $5 shuttle ride and only a 5 mile drive away.
The bottom floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and double size futon, private television and a full size private bathroom. The utility room is also off this floor. The next floor up you will find two bedrooms (Jessica Alba and Johnny Depp rooms) with queen size beds, a full kitchen and yet another full bathroom. Above the living room is a sleeping loft with another king bed, perfect evening sunset watchers or late night movie junkies as the loft has both views of the HDTV and Lake Tahoe
Also with this unit you will have access to the community hot tub year round and in the summers a great outdoor pool! The condo is just a short walk from the Tahoe Rim trail where you can find mountain biking, trail running and great wild life is in abundance. Once again, Tahoe's nightlife at the casinos and South Shore are just a short drive down the hill into town, less than 10 minutes, or there are shuttles and cabs that can take you back and forth at very affordable rates.
Parking is never a problem and the access to the area is very easy in the summers, winters 4 wd is highly recommended.
