Spacious loft is used as an additional bedroom/office. Huge patio with a BBQ, property facilities include heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (very clean and private ).

Non refundable Cleaning Fee $100. Lower Rates for Long Term Rentals (2 months or more plus utilities )Security deposit and cleaning fee is higher for long term rentals( 30 days or more ) dependong on the length of your stay.
