Fully remodeled and luxuriously furnished 1800 sq ft. 3-level town house 2BA/2.5 BA with 2 balconies and a loft in the heart of Venice, half a block from the ocean and close to the Reputable Golds Gym. Walk in distance to Restaurants, Bars, Salons, Shopping, and Venice Beach. Bright and large living room with high 30 feet double ceilings and fireplace, 51' cable TV, DVD/CD players.

Full kitchen with hardwood floors, high-speed wireless Internet; large master bedroom with a balcony, furnished with king-size bed, large walk-in closet and jacuzzi tab. 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed. Spacious loft used as an additional bedroom/office with a patio access upstairs on the 3rd floor and a BBQ. Cable TV ; property facilities include heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (very clean and private ). Two assigned parking spaces. Very safe area. Non smoking unit.

50% due at reservation (non-refundable).Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Rates are good for 5 people/extra $50 per person per stay after 5 people (7 people max)

$500.00 Security Deposit refundable ONLY after Check-Out, Inspection and Damage Deduction.
Non refundable Cleaning Fee $100. Lower Rates for Long Term Rentals (2 months or more )
Security deposit and cleaning fee is higher for long term rentals( 30 days or more ) dependong on the length of your stay.
