The dry air forms the most wonderful snow you will ever ski upon.
Our home is conveniently located. Park City Mountain Resort is less than 5 minutes from our door step - Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge is 7 and the Canyons Resort is 10. Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurants and Banks are all on the Free Shuttle that stops 100 feet from our house.
Park City is the home of the world famous "Sundance Film Festival" Jan 16-25. The town is filled with artists, film-makers, musicians and actors. **helpful hint** make a reservation if you want to eat out during this time year.
A Special Deal for Sundance Renters - Two Festival Credential Passes & Ten Movie passes if booked before Dec 2, 2008 these come with the rental of our house.
Park City Racquet and health club is 1/4 of a mile from the house. PCR has a full gym and cardio room. 4 indoor courts & 2 courts under the new tennis bubble.

- we have a great mud and laundry room. we do not wear shoes in the house, there is a large bench in the Mud Room to handle removal of shoes - we appreciate not wearing shoes in our home
