CASA TRES PUERTAS is within minutes of the most beautiful beaches in Baja. Snorkeling and scuba diving in the Sea of Cortez is spectacular and the sport fishing to be found in the surrounding waters is world famous. Spectacular sunsets often color the evening skies of La Paz and an evening walk along the Malecon is a traditional pastime for visitors and Paceños alike.
A charming, traditional La Paz home CASA TRES PUERTAS also offers an intimate garden of cactus and bouganvillia as well as the shade of a large tabachine tree for relaxing on a warm afternoon. The house has two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. It is a great place for a couple with children or for two couples. You can spend your days wandering the shops and the markets, strolling the Malecon or heading to the islands for scuba diving, snorkeling, or swimming with the sea lions. Or for the sportsman, La Paz offers some of the best fishing for dorado, marlin, sea bass and tuna to be found anywhere in the world. You will also find excellent kayaking along the shores of the Sea of Cortez and the nearby islands.
La Paz, the capitol of Baja California Sur, has been until recently overlooked by developers as well as the tourist crowd who have rushed to the Cabo San Lucas/ San Jose corridor. In the last few years several major developments began construction and in the next year or two we will see more condominiums, new homes and golf courses in the area. With a population of more than 250,000 La Paz will no doubt maintain its unique character even as we grow.
