Our trip to Hawaii was wonderful ... especially the two weeks we spent in this town home. It worked out really well to have each of our two son's families join us for separate weeks. All of us were impressed with our most comfortable accommodation, good beds, and its location, as well as that great pool. We appreciated all the amenities that were provided ... the appliances and spices plus a few more basics in a well appointed kitchen, a strong and steady internet connection, the linens and beach towels, the comfortable and plentiful outdoor furniture, the big beautiful grill on the lanai, AND last but not least the air conditioning which we didn't need to turn on because the weather was so perfect ;-). If we ever have another family gathering, I'll check to see if the owners have a rental anywhere near our destination. We all wished for added days to see and do more. The island of Hawaii is wondrous and this town home was a perfect place to see a lot of it from.

This condo complex is superb! It's convenient to shopping, sight seeing, and snorkeling (walking distance to a great beach where you can often snorkel with sea turtles). The owners were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. We were traveling with 2 toddlers, and they were very happy to provide two cribs and two high chairs in order to make our stay more comfortable. In addition, they added a gas grill to the lanai at our request. We ate most of our meals at the condo and were quite happy to find a well-stocked spice rack in the kitchen (not common for vacation rentals, in our experience). Another unique and lovely feature of the condo was the access to the beach club. It was a bit far for us to do every day, but a very nice day trip with small children. A great way to enjoy the beach with a private restaurant, clean bathrooms, and cabanas. We'd highly recommend checking this out if you stay here. I'd give the condo 4 and 1/2 stars if I could. Our only complaint was that we were not able to use the garage while we were there even though it is mentioned in the ad, and we were not informed of this until after we had booked the unit. It was not a big deal as the extra parking is extremely close and convenient. I must also mention that in the process of looking for condos, we discovered a negative review for this condo on tripadvisor. We almost didn't choose this condo, but after speaking to the owner about it, our fears were alleviated, and all was confirmed in excellent condition during our stay. I'd definitely recommend this condo to others hoping for nice, comfortable accommodations near Kona.

My wife and I just got back from spending an amazing week at this condo. We were celebrating our anniversary together and this place had everything that we were looking for. It’s a newer home, two levels, very clean, and very well kept. Great views of the ocean from both levels but mainly from the 2nd floor with the sounds of the pounding surf in the distance. Everything that we needed was offered at the condo, except for food – the kitchen was fully stocked, there was a grill on the lanai, bath towels, patio furniture, etc… The condo is located in a very quiet development (we only saw a few people all week) yet was still close to downtown Kona (maybe a 15 minute drive to the north) and all that the city had to offer – shops, great food, entertainment etc. If you like to snorkel, there is a nice snorkeling beach just to the north and across the street, but if you feel like driving the best snorkeling that we found on the island was a few miles to the south at Honaunau bay. There’s also a great little hiking trail close to the condo just down the road south of the golf course that had some awesome cliffs with great views. The location was very accessible to the rest of the island with the Queens highway a few minutes away. Which made for easy access to some great beaches, sightseeing, hiking, ziplining etc. All in all we had a great time! The owner was very easy to work with and very accessible. We had no problems and no concerns with the place and will gladly stay here again (with or without the kids) the next time that we visit Hawaii.

Great time in Paradise!

This unit was all we needed and more. The three bedrooms were spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great for lazy morning breakfasts. The location of the unit was great because it was SO close to the pool and workout facilities. Literally, it was only a one minute walk away. There was always a ton of parking to choose from when we returned back to our condo. The location of the complex was great! It was close to the mall where you could go to pick up take out or graoceries or anything that you might have forgotten to bring. Also, there are farmer's markets close by Wednesdays and Saturdays. The beaches were a short drive. We loved turtle beach which was truly unbelievable how close you can get to see them. The drive to more restaurants and shops was easy right downn Alii Drive. Our communication with the owners was great. They were prompt at getting back to us and the rental process was smooth and easy. This condo is a great get away. Quet. Beautiful sunsets!

This townhome was lovely. It was furnished very well. The ocean views and breezes and sunsets were great! We just had a such time at this townhome. The owner was exceptional to do business with. This was one of the best vacation spots and places we have ever stayed. Thank you. We will be booking again next year!!

My wife and I just got back from a fabulous 6 weeks in this unit. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. When we arrived, the unit was spotlessly clean. The furnishings are very nice and in excellent condition. Great TV's in both the living room and master bedroom. Everything we needed for our stay was in the unit (kitchen stuff, towels, etc.). What we really liked about this unit was its proximity to the pool and exercise facility. We checked out a bunch of other units in this complex and this one was the best all around. We actually wound up meeting the owner's and their son personally while there and they are delightful people.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our time so much here. We loved the location of your building so close to the pool and fitness center. We also loved your furnishings and the amazing views from the decks or I guess you call them Lanai's here. We had such a great time and will definitely come stay with you again.
