A great place with a great location. A 3 bedroom Condo on Bourbon St, with balcony, Circa 1830 .
Two of the 3 bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking Bourbon St. The unit is over 1200 square feet, which is extremely large for the French Quarter. It has 14' high ceilings and is furnished with antiques. The unit has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, bath room and a large living/dining area. There is also a charming court yard to relax in. We are located in the heart of the French Quarter. The cross street is St Ann. We are 1/2 block away from the Bourbon Orleans Hotel.

I recently stayed here with a group of 7 girls and could not have been happier with the condo! I actually live in New Orleans (but could not house that many people in my own home) and I can vouch for this being in the perfect location. It is within walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter and the Marigny (Frenchmen Street). There is a delicious breakfast/brunch place right around the corner called Eat. Check it out :) Also, the rooms and all amenities were clean and well-kept and the balcony is amazing! The courtyard is very cute and quaint, too. The condo is more spacious than it appears in the photos. The owners were by far the nicest and most responsive of any that I have worked with in the past. The booking was simple and our communication leading up to our stay was always quick and easy. We did not have any problems for which we had to contact them during our stay, but I am sure if we did they would have been ready to help immediately. I thought the one bathroom would be a downside to this condo but honestly it did not negatively impact any part of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone! Have fun!!

I stayed here on a Bachelorette Weekend with 6 other girlfriends and it couldn't have been a more perfect location. It's within walking distance to EVERYTHING. It was very quaint and comfortable. The only negatives about this condo were the one bathroom to share between all of us ladies and the stairs to the third floor. It's definitely not a place to stay for someone that has trouble with stairs but if you don't mind the climb, it's a great workout :) I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting the Bourbon Street experience but also wanting to get some peace and quiet at the end of a long night out. I would definitely consider staying here for a future visit.

I stayed here for Halloween 2010. This place is perfect for those who like to take advantage of all the French Quarter has to offer. First of all. this location is so close to virtually everything you could possibly want to do. The courtyard is amazing, complete with a well maintained bird cage with healthy singing birds. The room itself offers comfort and plenty of room to bring a few friends. The balcony that hangs over Bourbon Street is a bit high, and will be a bit scary for the first few mins, but is strong and secure. Not so good for throwing beads, candy, ect... It's kind of high. Enjoy your stay at this premium apartment.

This is a quaint condo with a beautiful courtyard that has some gorgeous birds and vegetation. The kitchen is small but newly remodeled and the air conditioner works well on the warm NOLA days that we were visiting. Our crew of six fit comfortably in the rooms and everything was decorated nicely. The best part about this condo is that it's within a quick walking distance from EVERYTHING in the French Quarter. The party won't be happening right outside your window, but this is about as close as you want to be so that you can actually get some sleep at some point in your trip. Many thanks to George and Cheryl for offering this great condo at an awesome price. I would highly recommend this for a group of four to six people looking to get away and to enjoy an evening or two on Bourbon Street. -Note, this condo is up a decent flight of stairs... so people with disabilities or trouble accessing staircases beware. *EXCELLENT accommodations*

My friends and I stayed here and it was a wonderful experience! The house was super clean and very spacious. There were 6 of us and there were no issues with space at all. The bedrooms were big as was the living room. The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash cloths for all of us and the house had central air - which was awesome! The location is ideal, you are in walking distance to all the action on Bourbon and on Frenchman, and Lafitte's Blacksmith House is only a block away. The owners answered all of my emails super quick ad were lovely to work with. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay again.
