Located on the Northern tip of a 700-acre natural barrier island which stretches from the waters of Pine Island Sound to the Gulf of Mexico, a distance of about half a mile. 'Dolphin House' is sited among the natural beauty of tropical vegetation, four miles of sand beach and some of the best shelling in North America. Transportation on the island is by electric golf cart, bicycles or walking. Includes a Safety Harbor Club membership where you have Dockage, tennis courts and swimming pool.
