Our first floor carriage home is located within the gated community of Colonial Country Club, built by Pulte Homes, one of Americas premier builders. Colonial Country Club is located off of exit I-75 at exit 136, just minutes from the airport. Our home is located in the golf section of the community and comes included with many amenities.

Our home is tastefully and comfortably decorated. The master bedroom of our home features a king size bed, television, DVD, walk in closet and separate master bath. The guest room has two twin beds. There is an additional guest bathroom. The den has a pull out bed for additional sleeping, as well as a television and DVD. The living room features a television, DVD and stereo. The dining room has seating for eight. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also a breakfast nook which overlooks the lake. We offer a washer/dryer and supply all needed linens. Our lanai offers beautiful lakeside views of stunning sunsets and is perfect for hosting family and friends. There are sliding doors leading to the lanai from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and there is cable and wireless internet too. We also have a single car garage. Please, NO PETS and NO SMOKERS allowed.

Golf privileges are available on our championship golf course, designed by Gordon Lewis and built/managed by Troon Golf.For a transfer fee of $206.00 you will have seven day advanced tee times and will only have to pay for your cart fee. Also included is access to our aquatic driving range, practice facility and putting greens.

If tennis is your game. You will have access to eight, lighted, Har-Tru surface courts and two hard courts.

Other features of our property are the exclusive heated pool and spa for residents of the Jasmine Point neighborhood. The pool and spa are located conveniently across from our home. There are also barbecue grills located outside the pool area for your use. Colonial Country Club also offers a state-of-the-art health and fitness facility. Hike along the preserve on our walking trail. Colonial also has a large clubhouse which has a bar and dining facility. There is also a large community pool outside of the health club featuring a snack bar and expansive sun deck loaded with patio furniture.

Colonial Country Club is located just minutes from the airport, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples, shopping and dining.
