PERFECT in every way! From the very "get go", Vince made the entire experience of renting his beautiful home to my family of four fantastic. The house was more than comfortable for my 2 college-age kids, mother-in-law and hubby & I. It was immaculate (including the pristine pool), beautifully decorated, well-stocked with everything a family would need, convenient, quiet and fun (board games, pool table, ping pong table, basketball court). We were sad to leave, but looking forward to another stay there one day. Thank you Vince for your thoughtfulness in providing not a vacation house, but a vacation home away from home. Enjoyed the wine and the chocolates too!

I've stayed in many VRBO houses/condos over the years, and this one is GREAT! Very clean, very nicely appointed, comfortable beds and furnishings, and great owner. Top-Notch. Great for a golf vacation - very close to several top courses.

The owner was very helpful and provided a very well stocked kitchen and other supplies. The home is better than represented in the pictures. Very clen with lots of room for an active family to enjoy all the area has to offer. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again. Restaurants that we enjoyed in the area include Ccarrabbas (Italian) El Charros (Mexican )

The home was as advertised, clean and spacious and very reasonably priced. With a golf vacation in mind the location made for quick and easy access to a variety of championship golf courses. Shopping was only minutes away for those such inclined. I would definietely stay again and recommend the property for anyone looking for a relaxing Tucson holiday.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It felt very homey. Vince the owner is very hospitable. He had wine and chocolates for us at our arrival. The house is super clean and very well maintained. The pool is also super clean and well maintained. The pool has this large sunning deck where the water is only a foot deep. We spent a lot of time on that special feature. The house had everything (and more) that you can think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything from appliances to baggies and cleaning products. We didn't eat there much. We ate out every night. Our favorite is Jax Kitchen. You have to try the steak tartare! We found a beautiful walking path not far from the home. We walked everyday and saw road runners. Which was kind of fun for us Midwesterner's. You can't go wrong here. This home will make your vacation perfect! I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Just got back from AZ! What a great weekend. Thank you for letting us borrow your home. It was enjoyed by all. My husband really misses his family and this allowed us to see everyone throughout the weekend while also making sure our two little ones were comfortable. Our daughter thought the walk in closet was her room she set up shop there ;) both the cribs came in great use! We left a few things in the kitchen for future guests.

My family had a wonderful stay at this house. There was ample room for out of town family to stay there and the games and pool kept all ages of "kids" happily occupied. The kitchen was amazing! This house is nothing but enjoyment. To be honest, the most irritating part about staying here is that we actually had commitments that required us to leave the premises. Our family was bent on getting back as quick as possible! Dear Vinci We enjoyed our stay druing Jul1 ,2011 to Jul 4 2011.The vaccation home has everything we need. We had 8 kids from 15 years to 2 years old.All the kids were engaged themselves without disturbing their parents.Adults also had a lot of fun.The Home is having a lot of board games.Other than that the Home has a Table Tennis ,Basketball Court and a Pool Table and a beautiful swimming pool.We had 2 Birthday parties.The kitchen was fully stuffed.In the end we all enjoyed a lot.

The property is absolutely wonderful for a family vacation. The house is huge with high ceilings. The rooms and living area are very tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cooking, serving, and eating utensils. The appliances are higher end. There are plenty of games and pool table. The back yard is really nice with a swimming pool and basketball court. It is a wonderful place to go to for a restful vacation with friends and family.

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever rented. You could not ask for more. The kitchen was equipped with every thing you ever thought of and more. We gave a party and had everything we needed. The party was wonderful, this is a house that has a party flow. Some food was catered from Los Margaritas but we cooked alot and could not have done so without the pots and pans. Not enough words to explain this place. It is definately the best bang for the buck on the area. We have been coming down for 5 years and renting houses and this is definately the best. We have enjoyed two stays in this great property and would recommend it to all. It is very comfortable and well-equipped; indeed, everything you could possibly need is on hand. Our three children loved the swimming pool, table tennis, pool table and basketball, whilst we appreciated being able to relax and enjoy the quality of the fixtures and fittings. The house is in a quiet, picturesque area, with shops and restaurants a short drive away. The property is spacious, light, airy, very clean and well-maintained. We hope to return to this lovely home many times.

As usual, our stay was a favorite home away from home. We love the ambience, the pool, (I love the kitchen), the location is perfect for us to enjoy all our Wisconsin friends who own close by....the golf courses are challenging AND beautiful. "The Pines, The Preserves, the View, Pusch Ridge, and Vistoso golf course are incredible with mountains visable all around them. I am sure my husband will join Vistoso some day when we buy out here. Tucscon/Oro Valley is easy to navigate -we prefer not to drive around Phoenix but find Tucson/Oro Valley just fine. Our grandchildren loved the pool. We did some sightseeing with gchldren, but it takes a while to get somewhere and children are not really keen on sitting in a car, so back to the pool we went, and all is well again. Happy Days and Hot Dogs on the "great grill" provided by the owner. Granchildren already want to come back next year when we are there. The restaurants feature various ethics menus and are yummy and we love happy hour prices and appetizers. I suggest "The Guadaljara on Prince for the best Mexican" and the Keg at Oracle Market, great steaks The Farmer's Market on Saturdays in Oro Valley is fabulous and entertaining. Get Grammy's canning goods to take home to loved ones. The Post Office and Library close by...library card easy to obtain...the art fairs are all over the area and we love them. Sunset City Vistoso has a large very fun yard sale every March...75 vendors and lots of great deals. The Two Sisters have super estate sales and a Consignment Store on Grant and Swan and when at the estate sales you get to tour some really impressive homes in the Tucson area. Oracle Market, off Tangerine, close by for shopping and groceries and movies and we found a nice Mexican Grill there for breakfast and a Chinese restaurant for appetizers and drinks after a movie at the Oro Valley theatre next door. Tubac is close and has fabulous shopping - while there, try the "Old Presidio" for Navahjo reservation jewelry. Tubac is only an hour away and so charming....lots of shops for the ladies. The "owner" of this rental is most accomodating - just text him with any questions and he will respond immediately. He owner employs wonderful pool cleaners and landscappers to take care of yard/pool issues, whom are most polite and nice to work with it you encounter them during your stay. I would most definitely recommend this home to rent, but, of coursen, not during the months we rent it.....:>)

Staying at Vince's place made our stay in Tucson sooooooo comfortable. The house is very roomy and well stocked with every need taken care of as though we were at home, not to mention clean. If for some reason you wanted to just hang around rather than go experience everything Tucson has to offer you would not be bored - swimming pool, ping pong, basket ball, pool table, darts, board games, big screen TV, did I leave anything out? The kitchen is ready to cook including pots, pans, spices, olive oil, etc., etc. The property manager, Lori is very handy and very helpful too!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The description of the house was good but it was soooo much more! Everything we could need was in the home. It was very inviting, well stocked, and was so spacious. The outdoor space was also wonderful with a pool, basketball court, picnic table, other tables and chairs, and grills. Our only regret is that we had to leave!!!!! Lori, the neighbor, was also there if we ever needed her but we didn't. Everything was in good working order. Vince, the owner, was always prompt to answer any emails I sent. We stayed this property 10 nights from 10/29/10 as a base of golf tour. We played golf at several good courses including Starr Pass, Tucson National, Ventana Canyon, Arizona National, Pines Quary, Ritz Dove Mountain and Vistoso. This house is ideally located to visit them and so convinient for good restaurants and shopping center. Amenities are wonderful. We enjoyed billiard, ping pong, basket ball and dirt. I regret not to have a time for swimming with this nice pool. We had more than one hundred cute vistors on Halloween night. We thanked for this house's close location to Safeway on the night. This house is located in very good neighbor. Anyway this was a wonderful stay!

Family Dream Vacation

Vince - Thank you so much for the wonderful family vacation at your home. We had such a great time. The views out of the front door are amazing. We saw one of the most beautiful sunsets one night. The trails across the street were great to walk the little ones around. And the house - we couldn't have been more pleased. The place was stocked with everything we needed (towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils...everything!) And the backyard was such a fun place to hang out with family and friends. Basketball, ping pong, swimming, large dining area, gas grill and outdoor speakers for music or to hear the football game -we enjoyed it all! Sheesh, it's amazing! The pool cover was such a bonus too! With toddlers around we didn't have to worry about them wandering in the wrong place while we weren't using the pool. My extended family and I were in AZ for a wedding and we decided to make a vacation of it. After spending the week at Vince's place I can honestly say that we couldn't have asked for anything better. There is plenty to do here that no one should get bored. We swam, played pool, darts, ping pong, basketball and cards. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a great house in the Tucson area. House was just as described, very clean and had all the amenities you could want. Fabulous house for our family reunion

This wonderful, immaculate home far exceeded our expectations! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with fresh flowers, chocolates and wine. We were five adults and five children ages six and under in Tucson for a family reunion. The house is very spacious with large common areas and soaring ceilings, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Vince graciously provided two baby cribs for us. We enjoyed all the amenities..the pool table, dart board, ping pong table, basketball court and lovely, large heated pool. The pool cover, which worked beautifully with the turn of a key, was especially important to us with all of the children. There was ample outdoor table seating on the full length covered lanai, and when our entire family gathered, we easily accommodated everyone. Vince has anticipated every need, from pool toys and floats to plenty of large, fluffy beach towels, to extra bathroom toiletries, to a kitchen fully stocked with basic food items and paper products. I would say that you only need to bring your toothbrush, but that's been provided as well! If we have need of a large home in Tucson again, we will definitely stay here; it was a wonderful relaxing vacation for our family.

Spacious, clean and safe Oro Valley Home

We rented the home for a fun getaway and were not disappointed in the least. The home is large & spacious. It was also very clean and was extremely well-stocked with everything a traveler would need. The backyard was lovely and private. There are many walking trails & a park with a tot lot & playground equipment just a few blocks away. Celebrated my Mother-In-Law's 80th Birthday!

This yeaer was my Mother-In-Law's 80th Birthday. We wanted to make this a Very Special Trip for her and could not have picked a better home. We were just 1/2 mile from her Sister's home but we spent every day at this house. It has absolutely EVERYTHING you could ever want, all the amentities that five star hotels offer. Spotlessly clean, well furnished and a neighbor just a phone call away ready to help in anyway she can. Six of us golf buddies came south to Tucson for a football game, warm weather and a few rounds of golf. I decided to rent a house as our family uses VRBO for our mountain home in Washington State. Vince's listing had everything we wanted...... so I booked our week. The home was wonderful..... exactly what the VRBO link promised. We were very comfortable, enjoyed all the flat screen TV's, pool table, kitchen stuff and I was the hero for finding such a great place. Neighbor was really helpful with check in. What an outstanding house! Everything you could need or want and more! The kids really enjoyed the basketball court, pool table, and dart board. Great location to see the natural wonders of southern AZ. We went to Sonora Desert Museum & Zoo. Saguaro Nat'l Park, Organ Pipe, Chiricauha Nat'l Monument...too many to list. The wine, chocolate, & bathroom accoutrements were a wonderful added touch!

This super house made a perfect vacation home for our family! We loved the swimming pool and had great fun with the darts and pool table.
