We had 8 adults and three children at the home for several days before my sister got married in nearby Mesa. We loved the location: close to groceries, Target, a park, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet for morning walks. We enjoyed the pool with the kids. There is a very shallow end that made being out there with little ones a lot easier. My almost 4 year old did figure out how to get the very heavy sliding glass door open to get out the pool by herself by the last day. There was a downstairs bedroom next to a bathroom that was perfect for my Grandma who is over 80 and doesn't do stairs. There was both a crib and a pack and play and two high chairs as well! The owners were also very helpful on the phone.

Our stay over Christmas at your house was everything we were hoping for and more. We had our two sons with us, the oldest with his wife and our two amazing grandsons and our youngest son with his girlfriend staying with us. We all had a great time and couldn’t remember a more relaxing Christmas, sitting outside around the pool with no snow to shovel, I’m sure had something to do with it. My aunt and uncle also came from Yuma for Christmas and stayed for a few days. The house had all the room we needed and all the cooking supplies to cook Christmas dinner. The house was close to some of the best shopping in Phoenix. Close to freeways which made it easy to access the other areas of Phoenix. Lots of fun things to do with the grandsons close by, plus plenty of golf course in the area for the older kids. Next time we can get everyone together at Christmas we would love to rent your home again. Your house was large enough for our family and yet it was easy to have cosy nights. This was our first time using VRBO and we will do it again. It could not have been a better experience. Thank you.

The listing of the home was accurate, clean and well maintained. We had three families staying at the rental which included three toddlers. The kitchen was large and overlooked the large den where the children were. We had a 1st birthday party with 30 relatives and we had plenty of room. We would recommend this property to our friends and relatives. The owner was very helpful in lending us a pack and play and jump seat for the babies and also told us about a park which was one block away. We went to the park every morning and the children loved it.

This home was beyond expectaions as it was our first time using VRBO. The owners were helpful and courteous through all booking process. Three couples from British Columbia and three people from Ontario enjoyed the entire stay in every aspect. It is too hard to describe how comfortable, well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated this home is. All we can say is THANK YOU for making our reunion a special time in a special home.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Gilbert! My husband and I gathered there with a group of friends for a wedding we were attending. It was a great alternative to a hotel. The house is very spacious, clean, and has everything that you need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful...we were very happy that we decided to have both heated, as it was a VERY chilly week in AZ!! The owners of the house made the rental process very smooth and easy, and were incredibly helpful with all of our questions prior to our stay. The photos provided are exactly what you will get!!

What can we say except....Loved, Loved, Loved it. Perfect location, perfect size, perfect condition and very perfect pool. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is very nice, but not so over the top that you feel uncomfortable and are constantly on everyone to be careful. It is very comfortable and homey. There are a lot of little extras too. In the kitchen there is whole drawer full of information on things to do and see in the area, including some with personal notes which was very helpful. The pool was the best!! There was a cold spell going on when we were there, but that did not stop my family from using the pool. I am sure the neighbors thought we were crazy. That's another thing we did not see or hear anyone around us. It was like we were in our own little secluded paradise. The homeowners checked in with us on arrival, made sure we had information on how to contact them and then left us alone for our entire stay. We have no complaints what so ever and we hope to be back or better yet buy something in the area. Thanks so much!! We had a wonderful holiday.

Our family, seven adults and one child, truly enjoyed this home! The pool area was definitely the highlight, coming from frigid Wisconsin we could not get enough of the sun and fun by the pool. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Since this was our Christmas celebration we did alot of cooking. The kitchen was huge and well-equipped to handle cooking for a crowd. I would highly recommend this property to any family.

Pictures do not do this home justice. This home is fantastic getaway for the family or the golf buddy getaway. Our family (5 adults,1 teenager) loved having the heated pool and hot tub after a day of shopping, golfing, and sightseeing. Even though it was a little chilly outside for the locals, we crazy Canadians still mangaged to snag some serious pool and hot tub time. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our 13 year old daughter loved the canopy bed. The bathrooms were clean, and the bath towels were out of this world. Early concerns were quickly addressed by the owners who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were particularly gracious when I called late at night to find out how to connect to the internet. Several excellent golf courses nearby. Use ezlinks.com or golfnow.com to take advantage of lower rates. Bashas grocery store is a two minute drive away and has everthing you will need for your stay. (Including a Starbucks) Basha's was also open till 3 on thanksgiving day. Several decent restaurants nearby within 5 minutes. Check out Longbow, Kokopelli and Superstition Springs. All very reasonably priced. Longbow was the toughest of the three, Kokopelli was the nicest overall. This property is a great value for a large group travelling. Plenty of room to spread out and space for quiet time alone. Wll definitely stay again the next time I take the family to Arizona.

The house is amazing and meticulously maintained. We especially loved the private outdoor entertaining area, with pool, hot tub, BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating. Very conducive to just hanging out and relaxing with family and friends. The house is also very big with lots of comfortable beds. The owners were very helpful and nice to work with . They made the house very kid-friendly for us. The neighborhood was very nice and there was even a park a block away. We had a wonderful experience there and definitely plan to return.

Gorgeous Gilbert Family Home

This home was the perfect venue for our family reunion. We had more than enough room for 8: 6 adults and 2 children. My daughter said, "Mom, you upped the standard for our family reunions with this place!" The pictures do not do the home justice -- it really is wonderful! The gourmet kitchen had plenty of room for 3 professional chefs. Bedrooms layout allows for plenty of privacy when we wanted. The master bath is larger than my old kitchen! The family room and game room are generously sized. The dining room allowed for 14 around the table for dessert. We gathered 14 in the formal living room. The home has many deluxe and personal features and toys. But I saved the best for last. The POOL is absolutely wonderful. The owner cleverly designed the pool with room for swimming laps, playing games, or relaxing in the hot tub. There are pleasant seating areas in and around the pool and shallow areas in the water for little ones. We stayed in June -- but this house would be beautiful any month of the year. The home was very clean and well-maintained. The owner called us just after we arrived. I'd gave this a 5 star rating.

Three retired couples rented this spacious home for over 6 six weeks in January and February in 2010. Largest back yard we've ever rented. Huge pool and great spa. House very clean. Brand new 50 inch plasma TV. Great area. Close to lots of shopping and golf. Hope to be back next year.

My family stayed in this wonderful home for 2 months in Aug and Sept 09. I am late in posting a positive comment but need to acknowledge this home and the owners.The home is professionally decorated but still comfortable for children. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool and spa are great. The neighborhood is family friendly with a terrific park down the street and a green belt off the front door. The location is close to shopping,dining.Will stay here again

Stayed here as a participant in the Phoenix Marathon with family and friends. The house is large and accomodated our group of 7 easily with plenty of room to spare. It is a well taken care of property. We had no shortage of space hosting a dinner for 20 the night before the race. Hot tub and pool were ideal for post race relaxation. The drive to downtown Phoenix was quick and very easy race morning. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Phoenix, Tempe or Scottsdale with a group.

We arrived to attend the Rock and Roll Marathon and enjoyed five wonderful days exploring Jerome and Sedona, an easy one day trip, and visiting the surrounding areas. The house was a great treat to come back to. All the ameneties of home and then some. We could entertain, enjoy the spa tub or offer our weary marathoners a swim in the pool. Shopping and restaurants are close by and everyone was so friendly. We had friends and family from CA, IL, NY and CO and all said the same thing....what a great place to stay!

This was a great home! The photos didn't do it justice. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and patio area was probably our favorite. We gathered there for every meal, and hosted several get-togethers for family members and friends attending our daughter's wedding. The location was close to great restaurants and shopping, and a short ride to the freeway. There was even a great park two blocks away. Would definitely love to stay here again!

We found this a large and tastefully furnished house that easily accommadated our large family reunion. The spacious kitchen and adjoining family room was the center of activity along with the pool and spa. It is conveniently located in upscale neighborhood near highway 60 and 202. We snow country people enjoyed the use of this house for a great week in AZ.

Can't begin to say what a GREAT HOME!!! Beautiful upscale neighborhood with good access to roads,shopping,etc. House has plenty of room for large family vacations. Backyard is beautiful with patio shade/sun areas and a great pool for all to enjoy not to mention the spa!! A Gold Mine find!!!

FABULOUS FIND! Our family has been taking Spring Break trips to the greater Phoenix area for the last several years and this is our favorite house by far. It even beat out a house we stayed at last year in Scottsdale. The house is huge with a very open floor plan, plenty of room for all of us to stay and still be able to have our own space (6 adults, 2 kids). Added bonus - there are 2 king size beds which you never can find. The kids room was a big hit with my daughter and a crib on site kept us from having to rent one or bring one. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are plenty big enough with nice privacy. The location is perfect for jumping on any of the major highways to Tucson, Glendale, or even Canyon Lake (a recommended destination as well). Easy commute to/from the airport. There is a good sized park at the end of the block with a nice set of equipment for kids to play. If you've never been to the Gilbert area, which we hadn't before, this is a quiet and newer neighborhood. The Owners are great to work with. We had many email and phone conversations to ensure we had everything we needed for our visit. They were able to accomodate our trip dates, eventhough the calendar had our leaving date already booked with the next party coming in. Sometimes you just have to ask. We not only highly recommend this property, but we are planning on staying again next year!

The listing was spot on: location, photos,and cleanliness. The owners were more than helpful in answering all questions and concern; they even made suggestions to make our stay more comfortable. Access to highways make traveling to attractions easy, Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and spa's are all available within a short drive - or walkable. The house was the perfect location for our wedding headquarters. Meals were set out on the large island and family and friends ate, relaxed on the pool deck and in the pool. We never had a bathroom problem. We even made boutonnieres and bouquets on the island and decorated the bride's cake there. Flowers were stored in the fridge. The master bedroom and on-suite bath are amazing. I would recommend renting this wonderful home to anyone wanting to have a destination wedding, vacation, family reunion, or golf holiday. Members of our group traveled to the wedding (Surprise), botanical gardens, airport - Mesa, Sedona, Grand Canyon, airport- Sky Habor, Cactus league games, and numerous shopping trips with little trouble - have you seen the traffic in Phoenix? It is definitely on my list to rent again if the need or opportunity arises. Everyone who stayed or visited us at wedding headquarters commented on what a wonderful house it was and how great it was to be able to eat, hangout, relax, eat, and visit during the week before the wedding. We had a marvelous time; the wedding was beautiful; and the reception was a great party where everyone had fun. Thanks for being part of our event!
