All VRBO home owners need to visit with the owners of this home! They are role models, indeed, for anyone who is in the business of renting an upscale home. EVERY DETAIL in this home is thought through, executed and followed through. The kitchen is designed to make family holidays a very special occasion! It is stocked to the max with two refrigerators, two microwaves and two dishwashers. The appliances are all high end and in top notch condition. It is beyond beautiful! It was well stocked with paper towels, dish soap, and staple items in the very convenient walk in pantry. The bedding is all high end, as are the bath linens. And, unlike most places we've rented, not stained and tired but crisp, clean, decorator quality. Again, beyond beautiful!! The front porch, screen porch and back deck and pool are gorgeous, a view to die for, complete with freshly planted flowers. The location is perfect! It's a short bike ride to the beach, through the second gate which provides you access to all the golf course restaurants, and in a very quiet neighborhood. But, the main thing owners should take from all this is that this house in maintained and clean to the max. The owners are hands on and involved with making sure you have a wonderful and memorable stay. There is a very sweet, attentive property manager a phone call away. Every little thing is taken care of within hours. The pictures posted here are beautiful but do not do this home justice. It is impeccable in every way! I would highly recommend this gorgeous property for anyone who is willing to treat it with the respect they would treat their own home. I will guarantee you an unforgettable vacation experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The description given doesn't come close to really describing this wonderful house. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. There were 10 of us, ages 2 to 80, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The elevator came in very handy, especially with the 80 year olds. The pool/deck area was a favorite with everyone as was the spacious front porch with the rockers. It was a short bike ride to the beach or short car ride for those who didn't want to bike. The owners were wonderful to work with and everyone agreed they would love to go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

From the moment we drove in, our families were positively overwhelmed with the home. Between two families (including 4 kids), there was ample room for everything we wanted to do and the swimming pool was an absolute hit with the kids (ok, the adults too). The loft area was very popular with the kids as well, which enabled the adults to enjoy some private time. The kitchen was to die for, as was the bedding in the master bedrooms. The beach is a very short bike ride away (seeing the sun rise is beyond description) and lagoon view is very calming. The owners are absolutely fabulous to deal with and made sure our stay was wonderful...which it was. When we return to Kiawah, we know where we will be staying.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Several members of our family went to Kiawah Island for a wedding. This house was amazing. Everyone loved it and had plenty of space to do their own thing. The pool was great with lots of room to have a cookout on the patio. Everyone gave the place rave reviews, and the homeowners were great gettting us everything we needed. Highly recommended!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was the perfect place for our family and friends. The house was gorgeous, well-appointed, spacious, had a gourmet dream kitchen and a pool on the same level as the den and screened porch (easy to watch kids even if you don't want to get sun). Beautiful property with a lagoon view. Elevator and ping-pong table definite plusses. Easy bike ride to beach. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This house is impeccable inside and out! From the moment we entered this home we were blown away by the beauty, quality, and comfort. Everything from the finishes to the decor is top notch! Beds were extremely comfortable, as were all of the other seating areas in the house. The outdoors are beautiful with a quaint pool and screened in porch. This property is perfect for everyone from toddler to senior citizen. The elevator from the garage to first floor was VERY convenient, as were the two gorgeous bedrooms on the 1st floor. You had to drive to the beach, but there were so many choices for beaches, that it really didn't matter. The owners were easy to work with, and had the actual builder of the home as our contact person. We couldn't think of a single drawback to this home. It is worth every penny, plus some!!!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have been making family memories on Kiawah for 8 years now and this by far has been the most wonderful home we've stayed in. We spent a week with another family of 5 and never found ourselves on top of each other. The kitchen is huge and easy for two - three chefs to work together - we put it to the test. The screened porch was a favorite spot as well as the pool. The bike ride to the beach is very easy and beautiful. We love this beach - so relaxing and fun for all 4 or our children (ages 21-11). All of the beds and baths are well apointed and spacious. Charleston's Market street is a must and some of our favorite restaurants are Hanks and 82 Queen. We will definitely return here next summer!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

We stayed in this home for almost one week with four other couples. The home was spacious, with plenty of room for each couple to have their own privacy as needed. The chef's kitchen is absolutely fabulous, and decorations are very pretty. This is a great place to get together with friends and family. The neighborhood is very scenic and quite. It is relaxing to sit in the screened porch or on the deck by the pool while gazing on the lagoon. We had a very enjoyable time, and heartily recommend this home.Did you find this review helpful? We spent 4 days in this comfortable, beautiful home with several other people. The layout especially lends itself to privacy, yet the openess of the living area and kitchen made it so comfortable. We all gathered at the kitchen island to put out our wine and appetizers as well as breakfast. It works so wonderfully. Also, Charleston is close enough to do day trips. The pool and lagoon were so relaxing so we all gathered on the screen porch. Couldn't ask for a better setting in a beautifully decorated home.Did you find this review helpful? We spent 4 days at this wonderful house on Kiawah. Absolutely fabulous! Very spacious and very well decorated. Between the pool, kitchen, screened porch and 5 bedrooms you will have plenty of room to visit or just be by yourself. Loved the view of the pond/lagoon. Highly recommend and will be staying again in the Fall 09.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We have stayed in several homes on Kiawah Island, and this was by far our favorite. The home was so roomy and comfortable, and we loved the soothing beach colors throughout the décor. The chef’s kitchen was well planned and has everything a cook could want. We particularly loved spending time on the screened-in porch with the outdoor fireplace overlooking the lagoon. It was such a great place to relax at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable, the elevator made arrival and departure so easy, the location is great, the owners were awesome to work with - we just can’t say enough good things about our stay and this beautiful home. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the very near future.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2
