Our beautiful and luxurious townhome is the perfect location in Breckenridge. Ski down the Skyway Skiway run on Peak 8 to within 20 yards of our property and get back on the run to the new Breckenridge Gondola. When you are back from a day of skiing or boarding, relax in the outside hot tub, or in the living room - all with fantastic views across the town of Breckenridge and to Mt. Baldy behind.
In the afternoon or evening take a 5 minute stroll and you are on Main Street, Breckenridge with all its shopping, restaurants and entertainment. You do not need transportation from here other than your own two feet! The main grocery store, City Market, is just a few minutes walk across Park Avenue which runs in front of Woods Drive.
The main bedroom upstairs has stunning views - a king bed, its own gas fireplace and TV. The Master Bathroom has a large jetted bath. In fact all three bathrooms have jetted tubs! The two other upstairs bedrooms have one queen and two double bunks. The fourth bedroom behind the living room on the main floor has its own private bathroom.
The dining room seats 8 at the main table and a further 3 people around the adjoining breakfast bar/end table.
Downstairs is a one vehicle garage (with additional parking in front of it), an entry way with ample space for ski and board storage, and the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
All-in-all this is a luxurious second home for us that we use frequently and rent occasionally when we are away. You will find it a luxurious, relaxing retreat for you and your family and friends.
