Beautifully remodeled & re-decorated, single story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fairway condominium in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club. (A gated community with 24 hour security). The 150 acre resort is very beautiful with great open spaces, gorgeous landscaping, lakes, waterfalls and of course spectacular mountain views and palm trees in every direction! Our home is in THE perfect location on the 13th green. It has one of 20 pools and hot tubs right across the quiet street and 3 more within easy walking distance. Huge patio just completed June 2011 with brand new patio furniture including 2 comfy chaise lounge chairs. Has gas BBQ & Patio heater for your enjoyment. The entire exterior was recently painted and has lovely new desert landscaping. New kitchen and new great-room furniture (leather couches) in 2009. We have a deep cleaning and sanitizing done between guests each time. Brand new (Oct. 2011), comfy king-size bed in the master bedroom!

SPECIAL SERVICES - Our local property manager offers many services to our guests for a small fee. Some of these services include grocery or other shopping, errands, transportation including to and from the airport and more! For those of you who would like an extra cleaning or two during your stay, she is available for that as well. Her number will be provided to you when you are a confirmed guest.
Enjoy the morning sun in your king size bed and stay cool during hot afternoons on the east-facing patio. Master bedroom has direct access to the patio. You will have mountain views in all directions and the 13th green to the east along with one of 20 pools & spas right across the street and several within walking distance. A good selection of movies and books are provided for your enjoyment.
The golf course is an 18 hole par 72, championship course suited for all levels of play - with the lowest rates in the desert - complete with a driving range and a wonderful clubhouse perched on a hill above a lake with a sparkling view of the mountains and palm trees. This 42,000-square-foot clubhouse has a full service dining area, bar, and outdoor seating with fire ring to relax around. Enjoy meals, snacks and beverages without leaving the resort!
For tennis players and/or enthusiasts, the BNP Paribas Open is Palm Desert’s Premier Tennis Event! Featuring two weeks of intense qualifying games for men and women, this annual tennis tournament draws a massive crowd each March at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, California just a couple minutes drive from the condo. There are 13 lighted tennis courts within our resort for your enjoyment as well.
You are close to the El Paseo shopping district, the Living Desert, Casinos and downtown Palm Springs. The Coachella Valley is home to over 100 golf courses, and to major golfing events such as the Bob Hope Desert Classic, the Nabisco Championship (formerly the Dinah Shore) and the Skins Game.
A short drive will take you to the Cabazon Outlet Malls, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree National Park, the Salton Sea and all that the desert has to offer. Make easy day trips to San Diego or Los Angeles in about 2 hours.
Bicycling is great fun in the resort and out on the many miles of wide pathways. Bike rentals are available just a few blocks away on Country Club Drive.

Had such a good time here! Beautiful home on the 13th green, next to pools, great restaurants, hiking, shopping, and so much more. I really enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains and loved the "Hog's Breath" restaurant in La Quinta among many others. Thank you for paying such attention to detail - everything is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I highly reccommend your vacation home!

I believe this was the 4th or 5th time we have rented the Palm Desert condo. This condo is very clean and very well stocked....from beach towels and noodles for the pool to cookware, spices and everything you need in the kitchen. We love having the golf course out the back door and the pool out the front door. This condo is very family friendly with WiFi for all the electronics, large pool and grassy areas to play. We enjoyed the new extended patio and several other new items that were added this year. The owners are wonderful to work with. They even had a bowl of fresh fruit upon our arrival which was so welcoming. We will stay here again and again. I would highly recommend this condo!

We have vacationed in Palm Desert before, and this was by far the best place we have stayed! We will be sure to return to this property again, for many reasons. First off, the community is absolutely beautiful with spacious grounds, ample swimming pools, and lots of space and amenities to explore and stay entertained. We found the community to be very quiet and beautiful views of the mountains abound in all directions. Despite how peaceful and serene it is within the community, it was very quick and easy to access off of the freeway! The community is gated and the security personnel were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The condo itself is gorgeous, with modern decor and attention to detail wherever you look. We found everything to be clean and comfortable when we arrived, and instantly felt at home for our stay. With modern appliances, an upscale entertainment system, luxury towels/bedding, full-size BBQ and nice patio area, this place was a steal in price! We had paid far more for far less in the past, and will definitely be bookmarking this rental for our next return to the Palm Desert area! Overall, two thumbs up and thank you for providing a great place at a great price! We will recommend to friends and family for sure.

GREAT STAY FOR THE HOLIDAY! My wife, Father and I chose to be warm for the holiday and picked an excellent location. The condo is perfectly set to enjoy the putting (and the sand trap) action on the 13th hole as well as a wonderful view of the mountains. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well stocked for cooking (lots of cool spices too!) and with the WIFI and 3 TV's we felt completely at home. Overall, a great stay and we would look no further for accomodations on our next trip to Palm Desert.

WOW! Fantastic! Great location for more than just phenomenal golf and tennis. Restaurants, hiking, shopping, exploring and relaxing. Very comfortable, fully equipped condo close to everything; just check in and begin to enjoy. We are definitely going back to the desert and back to this condo. The owners were very pleasant to deal with.

EVERYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLY WANT This was our third stay at the Palm Desert Resort but our first stay in this particular condo. The unit location is excellent and the condo was immaculate. We don't eat out much when we stay in Palm Desert, preferring to just stay in and cook our meals. The condo was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends and relatives. Thank you.
