Beautifully remodeled & re-decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fairway condominium in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club. The entire exterior was painted in 2008, and a new kitchen and new great-room furniture were completed last year.

NOW INCLUDED - FREE long distance anywhere in the USA & Canada. Hi-def TV's with Time Warner digital channel line-up. 40" Sony TV in great room and 32" TV in the master bedroom. 40,000 btu BBQ with side burner. 40,000 btu Patio Heater to allow you to enjoy cooler evenings outdoors.

COMING IN DECEMBER - Canadian Satellite TV with the Shaw Direct full channel line-up. Now you can watch all the hockey you want and stay in touch with news from Canada.

Enjoy the morning sun in your king size bed and stay cool during hot afternoons on the east-facing patio. You will have mountain views to the west and the 13th green to the east along with a pool & spa right across the street. A good selection of movies and books are provided for your enjoyment.

You will have the same rate discounts as owners do at the golf course, clubhouse and dining room (just tell them you are our guests in unit 46-10). The 18-hole championship golf course is very enjoyable with several tee boxes to accommodate players of all levels, and is a nice walk if you prefer the exercise. There are 13 lighted tennis courts, 20 pools and spas, with one just across the street from your unit. The dining room is first rate and overlooks a huge lake with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

You are close to the El Paseo shopping district, the Living Desert, Casinos and downtown Palm Springs. The Coachella Valley is home to over 100 golf courses, and to major golfing events such as the Bob Hope Desert Classic, the Nabisco Championship (formerly the Dinah Shore) and the Skins Game. A short drive will take you to the Cabazon Outlet Malls, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree National Park, the Salton Sea and all that the desert has to offer. Make easy day trips to San Diego or Los Angeles in about 2 hours.

  • We stayed in your condo for 10 weeks as we were moving to the Desert from the Bay Area and were house hunting. We found the condo just as stated and even more. The amenties, view, location, and comfort were much enjoyed. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular over the many palm trees and beautiful golf course. Everything you could ever need was included. Almost like going to our cabin in the summer.(well, maybe not..it's much prettier in Palm Desert!!) We felt quite at home. Unlock the door and move right in... to a well furnished, (everything from kitchen utensils to washer, dryer, barbecue, etc.) neat and tidy home. The contact person, Kathy, was very helpful and the unit itself was clean and had everything one could need for a fantastic vacation. The king bed - so comfortable!   • We had a delightful one week stay at this condo. Great location for entire Palm Springs area. The place was very comfortable and well furnished. The new gas grill on the patio is so nice that we ate in three of the six nights. So relaxing. The pool was quiet and just across the street. They give great service and the local people in charge are very responsive. The folks were a pleasure to do business with and are very efficient. We are considering two weeks next year.
