Always enjoy returning to this complex each year - and this unit has all we need. Spa and pool across the street, nice big new patio for extended time in the sun and a great spot to watch the golfers from. Thanks Darol & Kathy for your hospitality once again!

We stayed in the condo again, but this time for a month, really enjoyed it, so we have allready made a reservation for 2012 in October/November. Do not want to miss it. Have been out in the desert many times for vacation at various places, but this is the best B.& O. Olesen Billund Denmark

Had such a good time here! Beautiful home on the 13th green, next to pools, great restaurants, hiking, shopping, and so much more. I really enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains and loved the "Hog's Breath" restaurant in La Quinta among many others. Thank you for paying such attention to detail - everything is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I highly reccommend your vacation home!

I believe this was the 4th or 5th time we have rented the Palm Desert condo. This condo is very clean and very well stocked....from beach towels and noodles for the pool to cookware, spices and everything you need in the kitchen. We love having the golf course out the back door and the pool out the front door. This condo is very family friendly with WiFi for all the electronics, large pool and grassy areas to play. We enjoyed the new extended patio and several other new items that were added this year. The owners are wonderful to work with. They even had a bowl of fresh fruit upon our arrival which was so welcoming. We will stay here again and again. I would highly recommend this condo!

We have vacationed in Palm Desert before, and this was by far the best place we have stayed! We will be sure to return to this property again, for many reasons. First off, the community is absolutely beautiful with spacious grounds, ample swimming pools, and lots of space and amenities to explore and stay entertained. We found the community to be very quiet and beautiful views of the mountains abound in all directions. Despite how peaceful and serene it is within the community, it was very quick and easy to access off of the freeway! The community is gated and the security personnel were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The condo itself is gorgeous, with modern decor and attention to detail wherever you look. We found everything to be clean and comfortable when we arrived, and instantly felt at home for our stay. With modern appliances, an upscale entertainment system, luxury towels/bedding, full-size BBQ and nice patio area, this place was a steal in price! We had paid far more for far less in the past, and will definitely be bookmarking this rental for our next return to the Palm Desert area! Overall, two thumbs up and thank you for providing a great place at a great price! We will recommend to friends and family for sure.

"The condo is freshly redone and nicely appointed. We had a comfortable stay with all the amenities. GREAT STAY FOR THE HOLIDAY! My wife, Father and I chose to be warm for the holiday and picked an excellent location. The condo is perfectly set to enjoy the putting (and the sand trap) action on the 13th hole as well as a wonderful view of the mountains. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well stocked for cooking (lots of cool spices too!) and with the WIFI and 3 TV's we felt completely at home. Overall, a great stay and we would look no further for accomodations on our next trip to Palm Desert.

WOW! Fantastic! Great location for more than just phenomenal golf and tennis. Restaurants, hiking, shopping, exploring and relaxing. Very comfortable, fully equipped condo close to everything; just check in and begin to enjoy. We are definitely going back to the desert and back to this condo. EVERYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLY WANT This was our third stay at the Palm Desert Resort but our first stay in this particular condo. The unit location is excellent and the condo was immaculate. We don't eat out much when we stay in Palm Desert, preferring to just stay in and cook our meals. The condo was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends and relatives. Thank you.

ENJOYABLE STAY AS ALWAYS! We had a great summer stay in the condo. The pool is so close and convenient and we had it all to ourselves due to the slow summer months. Having come from Houston we thought the weather was great as well! The condo was fully stocked with beach towels and everything else we needed. Great stay as usual. We will definitely be back again!

We spent a wonderful Christmas week 2009 in this lovely condo. It is comfortable and has everything from cooking pans, to DVD's. We are tennis players and enjoyed the Country Club's many courts and the hospitality of the pros. We would surely love to return and would recommend it to family and friends.

Stayed in the condo for two weeks, would like to have stayed for four. Very nice condo, sat in the mornings looking at the golfers on the green, and the hummingbirds taking their feed. Nice gated community and many restaurants close by. We are working to come back next year for another vacation, although it is 4,500 miles away, it is worth it when you want to stay in the Desert. We stayed in your condo for 10 weeks as we were moving to the Desert from the Bay area and were house hunting. We found the condo just as stated and even more. The amenities, view, location and comfort were much enjoyed. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular over the many palm trees and beautiful golf course. Everything you could ever need was included. Nov 3-30th, 2008 Comfy, Comfy, Comfy...What more can we say. It was so nice to have your desert home for the month. Almost like going to our cabin in the sumnmer. (well, maybe not...it's much prettier in Palm Desert!!) We felt quite at home. Unlock the door and move right in...to a well furnished (everything from the kitchen utensils to washer, dryer, barbeque, etc.) neat and tidy home. Our stay at your Palm Desert Condo was truly delightful! Everything was Top-notch. The contact person, Kathy was very helpful and the unit itself was clean and had everything one could need for a fantastic vacation. The king bed was so comfortable! We had a delightful one week stay at this condo. Great location for entire Palm Springs area. The place was very comfortable and well furnished. The new gas grill on the patio is so nice that we ate in three of the six nights. So relaxing. The pool was quiet and just across the street. They give great service and the local people in charge are very responsive. The folks were a pleasure to do business with and are very efficient. We are considering two weeks next year.

Palm Desert is a truly beautiful place. We had a great first visit and will be back again. The condo is comfortable and well located. The Living Desert and the Tramway up the mountain are Musts. Since I am not a golfer, I shopped 'til I dropped. The Club House at the resort has excellent prime rib Saturday nights.
