Casita Rosada was a perfect home base for our visit to ABQ. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed to feel at home while on the road. The location was easy to find, quiet, and close to Old Town as well as the downtown area - also not far from the UNM campus. Susan and Dick are wonderful and attentive hosts and happy to anwer questions or offer suggestions about things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I just spent three days at Casita Rosada in Albuquerque and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. typically we stay in a hotel, but were planning on bringing our puppy so had to find a pet friendly place which led us to Casita Rosada. Dick and Susan are incredibly friendly, but don't invade your space, the apartment is roomy and so nice. We will definitely be staying there again and again.

As soon as we walked in we knew that we were going to have a great time Albuquerque, the casita is located right near old town, with all of the shopping and museums. It was supper clean and very well appointed. Susan was a wonderful host. She made us feel right at home. She was very willing and able to help us with what things we would find in town or out if that is where we were headed. The next time we are in Albuquerque we hope to stay at the Casita.

I stayed at the casista for 4 days in July for a soccer tournament. What a great alternative to a hotel. Richard and Susan were amazing hosts making sure everything I needed for a relaxing stay was present. The casita itself was beautiful. Great for relaxing or geting a little bit of work done. The terms were most flexible compared to other rentals I had looked at and tha was certianly part of the reason I chose to stay here. I am looking forward to staying here next time I visit Albequerque.

If you are ever traveling to Albuquerque and want a terrific place to stay, look no further than this listing! It is within walking distance of Old Town, so parking is not a problem. It is also an easy drive to all that Albuquerque has to offer. This casita is located behind the owners home. Don't worry about privacy as you will have it. While the casita is new, it has been made to blend in with the older neighborhood. We really appreciated the king bed, modern Ikea kitchen, tiled shower and the computer area which had wifi and a printer. With that being said, the highlight was the Japanese gardens and "private" patio at the back of the casita. It was a terrific place for us to go at the end of the day and spend some time reflecting on what we saw and visited. We definately plan another trip to Albuquerque in the future and will definately stay here again. Dick and Susan are truly nice people. My wife said after we left that "we could be friends with them"! We highly recommend this place to stay.

We come to Albuquerque regularly to visit our grandchildren and were tired of staying in drab motels. We were delighted to find La Casita Rosada, which offers much more than a motel for a similar price. Also, the location is central and convenient to Old Town, downtown, and UNM. Dick and Susan welcomed us warmly and made us and our dog feel right at home. Their casita is nearly new and is designed with the short-term traveler in mind to provide an ideal home away from home. Everything we needed was there, and we felt very comfortable in the clean, quiet, cozy, stylish surroundings. We'll definitely be back!

La Casita Rosada was exactly as promised and everything we had hoped for. Dick and Susan were extremely friendly, and they were very accommodating given our late arrival. It was the perfect place to stay with our dog, and the fenced-in yard was a nice comfort. The bed is extremely comfortable, and everything was in working condition. The owners take great care of the property with great attention to detail. It is only a short walk to either Old Town or Downtown. We enjoyed our time, and should we pass through Albuquerque again, we hope to stay at La Casita Rosata.

We are so lucky to stay four-days in this lovely house. Dick and Susan are a very friendly couple. They gave us a lot of tips about where to see and where to eat in Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. We really appreciate their help in taking care our Fudggie when we are away. My daughter keep telling us "La Casita Rosada" is better than any other places we had stayed before. This is a place where you feel "love" and "care". We definitely want to come back again!

Susan and Dick... Just wanted to thank you again for all you two did to make our stay wonderful. The Casita is a beautiful, quiet, private little gem in the middle of everything. Loved the private courtyard, made great use of the Grill (thank you again for taking care of that for us). We loved the clean lines of the place, and felt very much at home. We are looking forward to returning very soon! You two are in it for the right reasons. We loved our time there. Thank you. Big kiss to Eddie & the cats! Deborah
