We had a wonderful time on vacation, and enjoyed having your home to come back to after long days at the parks. It was accurately described and the location was very convenient to everything. We never had the energy at night to go swimming, but the pool and hot tub looked inviting!

Tudo absolutamente dentro do combinado e das expectativas. As fotos não mentem. A casa é muito bem cuidada e dispõe de todos utensílios de cama, banho e cozinha necessários para a estadia: lençóis, cobertores, toalhas, pratos, talheres, panelas, abridores de vinho e de latas, etc. Tudo! Muito confortável. O condomínio e muito tranquilo, possui bom comércio na redondeza e fica próximo aos parques e a Orlando. Da próxima vez, voltarei para a mesma casa. Everything absolutely within the combined and expectations. The photos don't lie. A House is very well cared for and have all kitchen utensils bed, bath and kitchen needed for a stay: bed sheets, blankets, towels, dishes, cutlery, Cookware, wine openers and cans, etc. Everything! Very comfortable. The condominium and very quiet, has good trade in the vicinity and is close to parks and an Orlando. Next time, I will return to the same House.

My family and I had a teriffic stay here. The home met all of my needs and was convenient to Disney, Sea World and other attractions. The home itself was well equiped and had everything we needed including a heated pool. We will definitely stay here again. Barbara was extremely helpful and I appreciated her recommendation to take a portable GPS. This was a lifesaver as you enter the parks one way and come out another.

We stayed at this rental property from Dec. 18- 27, 2011 for our family Christmas vacation. The house is very easy to find using Map Quest. It was conveniently located to all the major attractions. We visited Universal (about a 30 minute drive door to door), Sea World (about a 15 minute drive) and Disney (about a 15 minute drive). Legoland was a bit further at about 45 minutes away. Very convenient to shopping and dining too. The house was clean and well maintained upon arrival. Plenty of towels for all of us. We were very pleased with the accomodations for our family of 5. This home is not recommended for someone who has a hard time navigating stairs though. There are plenty of stairs and you must use them to get to any bathroom. This is just the design of the home, but worthy of mentioning. One thing worthy of noting is that the pool heat, if you choose to buy this, is remotely controlled from MI. It took a day or so to really heat up and be comfortable, but once it got comfortable, it stayed that way. It was so great to use the pool and hot tub each night after touring the parks. Plus the kids loved the pool floatie toys too! Lastly, upon encountering a problem with the home water heater on Christmas eve, no less, Barb was diligent in finding a repairman to come and fix it right away, even on the holiday. We really appreciated that! She was great to work with, always very prompt with email response and especially when dealing with the water heater. She kept us fully informed throughout that process too! I would never hesitate to work with Barb again! Thanks for a great family vacation home.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in this accurately-described vacation home. The home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of room on the inside, clean, comfortable, attractive decor and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool which were very private. This home is convenient to entertainment, dining and shopping. Thanks to the owners for making our stay a memorable one.

Family Week

Nine of my family members spent a week here in June 2011. The house is lovely, the pool warm and covered to keep out insects, etc. A couple of minor problems we encountered were quickly addressed and the owner and agents were very professional in all dealings with us. Most things that we find necessary are there at the house, including a hair dryer. Everything was just as described in the EBAY ad which I used to book the house. We had a wonderful vacation and the kids thoroughly loved the house and pool. I would certainly recommend this property for your family vacation. Thanks Barbara!!!!

Spring break 2011

Great communication with the owner.... The house was clean and well mentained. We had a great time in the house. I wish you had enough towels for all 7 of us. The bed in the masterbedroom was not very comptable. We had to buy moisquito spray, all of us got bit inside the house.

This home sleeps 10 and is provided with 16 bath towels, 8 beach towels and a washer and dryer is in the home. We have monthly pest control through Terminex and the city sprays for mosquitoes. We encourage keeping doors and windows closed to keep the mosquitoes out. It was nice talking to you after your stay and glad you had a wonderful time and in your vacation home. We loved our stay at the house. There was so much room and the location was fantastic, only minutes away from Disney. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great vacation in Florida!!! The house was wonderful more than we expected!!! Kids had a great time and so did we. Close to everything. Loved Sea World! Also house much bigger than expected we never used half of it. Thanks again for such a nice place and a great vacation we will be coming back next March to same house.

We went in April and had great weather! We went to the parks almost ever day and it was so nice to come home to such a big and spacious house. Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub was the best after a long day walking. Everyone got they're own room and space which is so much better than squeezing in a hotel. We will be back in the very near future! LOVED THIS HOUSE, we will recommended to all of our friends. Can't wait to visit again :)

Beautiful home! Extremely clean, well organized, tidy and beautifully decorated! Lovely yard, spacious, nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed BBQing almost every night. Quiet neighborhood yet felt safe going for walks.Very close to stores and restaurants and about 15 minutes from Disney.We would go back in a heartbeat!! We absolutely loved it!! Owners were exceptionally helpful and lovely people.

Enjoyable Stay

We rented the property while on Spring Break for our daughter's College Softball Tournament second week of March. The house was very well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. Listing description was pretty much accurate regarding it's location. The owner's actually showed up while there and was very friendly and helpful. Great Place for a Larger family

My wife, kids and I completely enjoyed our stay at this home. We have 4 kids and felt it was a great affordable way to stay in the Disney area. It is very close to all the Disney attractions, but it a nice quiet neighborhood where you feel like you can rest and relax as well. There are also several Grocery stores and many restaurants within 3 to 4 miles of the home. The owners are very willing to answer question and help you have a very enjoyable stay. The home was extremely nice and well cared for. The pool was very nice and warm (we paid for pool heat).

Favorite moments were all the time in the swimming pool with the family and Birthday party for mom with family we haven't seen in years. Everyone that came to the party was impressed with the house and a couple of people asked for website to pass on to visiting family members. Thank you so much for offering your home and services.
