We chose to buy in Surf City because we have been vacationing in Surf City for years (John and myself since we were children).
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy the sunsets from the deck the most. The view of the bay provides hours of entertainment with boaters, sailboat races, and swimmers at the bay beach. We also enjoy the proximity of the Bay Beach and late afternoon dips in the bay.
