Luxury high rise 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in downtown San Francisco.
Recently redecorated in a 70's/mid-century theme, and the bedroom reflects my travels.
Located in the heart of San Francisco, 1 block from the Museum of Modern Art, and 1 block from major public transportation (MUNI and BART), everything is within walking distance, including Union Square and the downtown shopping areas. 6 blocks from the Embarcadero and the famous Ferry Building.
I have a very flexible schedule, and am open to most requests for renting the unit.
Apartment building has parking in it, there is a 24 hour concierge, and a roof top deck area on the 42nd floor. The apartment and building is pet friendly too. Dry cleaner and valet services in the building too, and a washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a business center in the building.
Wireless high speed internet, and surround sound DVD system and stereo, video projector and pull down screen is like being at the movies! There is no cable TV nor telephone in the unit.
Kitchen is electric, full size stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher and microwave.
Queen size bed sleeps 2, couch can sleep one and there is an inflatable mattress, so could hold up to 4, but would be tight. Overall, the unit is about 900 square feet.
Plenty of light, bright and airy, and amazing views.
