RIGHT ON THE OCEAN! Possibly the best setting in all of Palmas. 30 seconds to the beach & pool. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa, is designed around a spacious and bright great room. The large, comfortable living and dining area opens completely onto a terrace with panoramic views of the Caribbean. Next to the great room is a private den/office. Our fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a wine cooler, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The villa is comfortably decorated and compliments the beautiful tropical surroundings.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in one of the three large bedrooms that provide sleeping space for 6 (2 king and 2 twin beds). Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen size pullout in the den. Our master bedroom, with a magnificent view of the Caribbean, has a king size bed and a large bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, with a private bath and balcony overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, TV's with DVD and individual A/C.
This 2,200 square foot villa has been designed for our personal use, with every convenience: A/C, washer/dryer, four TVs with DVD players, cable TV, Bose CD system and wireless internet. Beach toys, floats & boogie boards, as well as linens and towels are provided. Daily maid service can be arranged.
Our OCEANFRONT villa is located in The Marbella Club, the most exclusive location in Palmas del Mar. The Marbella Club offers tropical gardens, gated, access, indoor parking, concierge services, fitness room, private wine cellar cava, two pools and Jacuzzi.
Palmas del Mar is a 2,700 acre resort, located on the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico, less than an hour from San Juan. Palmas offers over 3 miles of beach, two championship golf courses, a great tennis center and gym, Beach Club, Marina, Yacht Club, an equestrian center, spa facilities, and many excellent restaurants. A hotel/casino complex is also on the grounds, along with Palmanova Plaza that contains a bank, restaurants, a grocery store and shops. You can safely explore the whole resort by golf cart or bicycle.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo with our 4 young children (ages 8 and younger). The condo was beautifully furnished and the layout of the bedrooms, family room, and kitchen worked very well for our family. The owner and property manager were very helpful in answering our questions prior to booking and making sure everything was in order during our stay. Palmas Del Mar is a very large area and it was great being in one of the condos that is directly in front of the beach. The kids loved playing at the beach as well as at the 2 swimming pools, hot tub, and beach club all located within a few steps. It was an easy drive to Humacao for groceries and we cooked most of our meals in the condo thanks to the well equiped kitchen. We would definately stay at this condo again on a future visit to Puerto Rico.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is one of our favorite places. We come 5 or 6 times a year, and it's easy to get to from the states. We love all the exciting things you can do in Puerto Rico, but most of all, we feel you can completely relax in Palmas.
