Quite possibly the best setting in all of Palmas, this new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanfront villa is designed around a spacious and bright great room, with a large, comfortable living and dining area. This opens completely onto a covered terrace with panoramic views of the Caribbean, the island of Vieques, and the mountains of “El Yunque” the tropical rain forest. Next to the great room is a private den/office with internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The entire villa has been professionally decorated and compliments the beautiful tropical beachfront surroundings.
You’ll fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in one of the three large bedrooms that provide sleeping space for 6 (2 king and 2 twin beds). Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen size pullout in the den. There is ample closet space throughout. The master bedroom, with a magnificent view of the Caribbean, has a king size bed and a large bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and triple sink vanity with marble countertops. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, with full private bath and balcony overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with built-in closets. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans TV with DVD’s and individual air conditioning controls.
This 2,200 square foot villa has been designed and outfitted for our personal use, with every convenience: central air conditioning, washer/dryer, four TVs with DVD players, digital cable TV, Bose CD system and Internet access All linens, towels, pillows and blankets are provided. Maid service can be arranged at an additional cost. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
This spectacular beachfront villa, only steps from the beach, is located in The Marbella Club, the most exclusive location in Palmas del Mar. The Marbella Club offers tropical gardens, gated, access, indoor parking, concierge services, a fitness room, private wine cellar cava, two pools and Jacuzzi.
Palmas del Mar, located on the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico, is a 2800 acre resort offering three miles of beach, two championship golf courses (the Flamboyan course designed by Rees Jones and the Palm course designed by Gary Player), the largest tennis center in the Caribbean, a marina, water sports, an equestrian center, spa facilities, and many excellent restaurants. A renovated hotel/casino complex is also on the grounds, along with Palmanova Plaza that contains a bank, a small grocery store and shops. You can safely explore the whole complex by golf cart.
