RIGHT ON THE OCEAN! Possibly the best setting in all of Palmas. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa, is designed around a spacious and bright great room, with a large comfortable living and dining area. This opens completely onto a terrace with panoramic views of the Caribbean. Next to the great room is a private den/office. Our fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The villa is comfortably decorated and compliments the beautiful tropical surroundings.
Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in one of the three large bedrooms that provide sleeping space for 6 (2 king and 2 twin beds). Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen size pullout in the den. The master bedroom, with a magnificent view of the Caribbean, has a king size bed and a large full bathroom. Our second bedroom also has a king size bed, with full private bath and balcony overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, TV's with DVD and individual A/C controls.
This 2,200 square foot villa has been designed for our personal use, with every convenience: air conditioning, washer/dryer, four TVs with DVD players, cable TV, Bose CD system and wireless internet. All linens, towels and blankets are provided. Daily maid service can be arranged.
Our Oceanfront villa is located in The Marbella Club, the most exclusive location in Palmas del Mar. The Marbella Club offers tropical gardens, gated, access, indoor parking, concierge services, fitness room, private wine cellar cava, two pools and Jacuzzi.
Palmas del Mar is a 2800 acre resort, located on the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico, offering three miles of beach, two championship golf courses, a great tennis center and gym, Beach Club, Marina, Yacht Club, an equestrian center, spa facilities, and many excellent restaurants. A hotel/casino complex is also on the grounds, along with Palmanova Plaza that contains a bank, a grocery store and shops. You can safely explore the whole complex by golf cart.

Why the Owner Chose Palmas del Mar
We have been coming to Palmas del Mar for over 15 years and this is the third villa we have owned. Because it is so easy to get here from the states, we come 5 to 6 times a year. We love all the things you can do in Palmas, but most of all we feel like we can completely relax here. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Two Championship golf courses. The "Flamboyan" and the "Palm". Practice facility and driving range. Full restaraunt
Beach bar & restaraunt. One of the best places to watch the waves roll in and enjoy a Rum Punch
