Just recently totally renovated condo. With new lush carpeting. Condo right on the Gore creek. You can hear the Gore creek water sound at night from all windows. Breathtaking views of the Mountains and multi million dollar homes in the area. Has a well maintained hot tub, sauna, and cold splash European pool. Right next to the newly renovated (30 million dollar) Cascade Hotel. There is a new state of the art hotel swimming pool and hot tub. It is a must see! Your kids might be interested in the basketball court right next to the spa. The Hotel is a 4-Diamond resort style. The Hotel offers a restaurant Atwater on Gore creek. The food is wonderful.You can call room service at any time.
The chair lift is located on the side of the Cascade Hotel. It is a five minute walk to get to the chair lift. You can store your ski's and boots at a locker right next to the chair lift for free. Extra guests can stay at the Hotel if needed. There is a garage to store your car. There is plenty of parking for quests. The condo was recently redone by a designer. Details include beautiful drapery treatment, plasma TV above fire place, brand new furniture in the living space area. Leather sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed. Kitchen has brand new granite with updated appliances. Property has birch and evergreens surrounding the condo. I also own property VRBO 257251 right next door. It is a well rented unit!

A great place to stay in Vail

My family was thrilled with their stay at the condo. The location is perfect - you are literally steps away from all the amenities of the Vail Cascades resort, and yet are in your own quiet retreat. The condo is as nice as the photos and the views are even better. My teenage daughter loved watching the large flat panel tv above the stone fireplace from the sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and updated with granite counters. The bathrooms were updated as well - loved the cool faucets! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and had comfortable mattresses, and were very quiet. The condo was super convenient for skiing - no hauling you skis, poles or boots to the lift! When we arrived at the resort, the ski valet unloaded our ski equipment from our car, then we parked the car at the condo, walked through the hotel and our boots and skis were waiting for us - so easy!! We just put our boots on, check in our shoes, get our skis on and withing seconds we were on the lift - takes all the hassels out of skiing. The resort is well staffed and everyone there was friendly and eager to help. The resort was enthusiastically endorsed in a recent article on Colorado ski resorts in "5280" and after staying here, I can see why. The hotel has been recently been redone and everything looks and feels up to date. The bar area with a big screen tv seems quite popular, and the food looked good too. There is also a coffee shop where you can get lattes and snacks. The hotel restaurant is supposed to be excellent - we didn't go this time, but we want to try it on our next visit. My family enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and the new infinity style swimming pool overlooking the creek. The fire pits were a nice touch. We had our car, but never needed it as the resort has its own free shuttle to Lionshead and mid village. The resort was awesome - perfect for a ski vacation or a mountain get away!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a wonderful condo! You actually walk maybe 30 seconds until you enter the hotel next door. From there you walk through the heated hotel, passed the starbucks coffee shop, and to the ski and boot storage area. The nice employees there help you get your skis, and then its maybe 10 yards to the lift. You actually walk inside with regular shoes on to the storage area to put on your skis and boots next to the lift while they hold your shoes for you. This is the best skiing experience I've ever had. It takes ALL the hassle out of skiing. I am definitely coming back to this condo! Plus the condo is beautiful and access to the entire hotel is unbeatable. And young people are able to have some drinks at the hotel, catch a free hotel shuttle to the bar area in Vail and then come home later that night. It's just wonderful.
