The unit is has TONS OF NATURAL LIGHT as it has lots of windows and vaulted ceilings. The ART WORK on the walls ads to the overall charm!
Many guests had previously stayed in the Village but found that they were kept awake by discos, bars and party-goers. But, once they stayed with us they found it was extremely quiet while still extremely central to everything.

Year Purchased: 2000
Hello, we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We love Whistler and enjoy entertaining other families there as well. However, our children are involved in many sports (hockey, soccer, etc.) in the city so our weekends are booked up. We typically go up in the summer months and after the hockey/soccer seasons are over in the spring months.
Why the Owner Chose Other Alta Vista Properties
We purchased this unit, first and foremost, because of it's location. Easy 3-4 minute drive to the lifts or the Village BUT far enough away such that we can have a good night's rest (ie. no partying club-goers) in the area. Then, the unit is truly beautiful and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains and ski runs!
