This beautiful, 2 story, Cape-Cod style home is perched on 100’ of waterfront on Hood Canal’s North Shore. A generous bulkhead provides plenty of open deck space, along with a small yard. Small boats may be tied up on the beach, which slopes down to a plentiful oyster bed at low tide. Larger boats may be launched at the public dock one mile down the road, and moored on a nearby buoy. The Hood Canal is blessed with the warmest water in the Puget Sound, along with the tastiest oysters. Enjoy the warm waters swimming, snorkeling, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, crabbing and fishing.
Enjoy a sunset dinner on the large deck that has a patio table with umbrella and seats six. The six person hot tub is very private in a garden area that has 180 degree views of the water, stars, moon and south shore lights. Cozy up around the brick and stone firepit, making s’mores or sipping wine on the beach.
The home has views from every room, being very light, bright and open. The main floor has a great room from kitchen to dining to living area. There is a gas fireplace for winter snuggling and an air conditioning unit to escape the summer heat. For your cooking needs, you will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or propane grill. The kitchen is first class with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and Denby dishes. French doors lead from the dining area to the huge deck for outdoor living.
Upstairs is open with the only doors being for closets, the full bathroom and utility room. The loft is open to the lower dining area in the middle of the house. The main bedroom has a large closet, California King Tempurpedic bed and Hotel Collection linens. Glass doors lead to a balcony for your morning coffee with Canal and Mount Rainier views. The smaller sleeping area has a full size futon for lounging or sleeping. The large bathroom has a huge soaking tub that includes the shower, which has views of the water. The home is really best for one couple or a small family with adults and children, because the sleeping areas are separated only by curtains.
Sky’s Landing is located on a loop road that is an offshoot from the busy North Shore Road. With greatly reduced traffic it is a safe, comfortable place for pets and children. Our driveway has room for two cars off the road. Larger vehicle parking is available across the street.
Enjoy wild life watching: seals, otters, heron, eagles, fish, and the occasional whale. We guarantee a wonderful waterfront experience. It is a beautiful setting, with no better pebble beach on the Canal!

Holiday weekends.. $220/night (3 nt min) Rates include 2 adults + kids.
Extra adults add $20 pp/nt. ALL rates plus 10.4% WA lodging tax
2010: Add $5 to all rates. Monthly rates available in the winter, please inquire.
$500 deposit, refundable if cancelled 30 days in advance.
Less than 30 days, if we can rebook the dates, we will refund your deposit.
$75 cleaning fee
Small pets on leash, welcome with $50 refundable pet deposit.
