Our stunning Seville estate home offers exceptional quality living in a beautiful quite exclusive neighborhood, yet just 5 minutes walk to a large shopping centre.
Consisting of over 3000 sq ft under air the villa has 4 large bedrooms, all with full en suite bathrooms, a huge den/office with Internet facility, a magnificent kitchen with granite work surface and island unit, dining room, great room, utility, heated pool and built in jacuzzi/hot-tub.
The master bedroom has his and hers walk in wardrobes and vanity units, jacuzzi bath, huge shower ( with seating) and of course granite surfaces.
There is an in built sound system piped into most rooms, 50 inch plasma TV in the lounge, along with the usual DVD, stereo, radio,etc and several extra TVs including one on the lanai, perfect for watching whilst relaxing in the jacuzzi.
The pool is designed for playing and lap swimming, with a 6 inch shallow platform area on which sun lounges can be placed. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms both access directly onto the patio, with the guest bedroom having it's own bar. The front of the villa is adorned with imported Italian marble and we have spared no expense in furnishing the home.
The lanai/pool area faces directly onto a fountained lake and opposite are beautifully manicured gardens with gazebo.
The Seville is located in a small, quiet community within the sought after gated vineyards gcc. It is within 5 minutes walk of the Crossroads Shopping centre on Pine Ridge road, with supermarket, banks, restaurants, etc.
Old Naples is about 12 minutes drive and likewise the beach whilst Interstate I-75 is less than a mile so you can very quickly get to anywhere in the area and beyond.

Why the Owner Chose Other West Naples Properties
So although originally the SEVILLE was meant to be our permanent home we now have decided to make it available to people who we hope will treat the home with respect and enjoy all that it has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the fact the property is in a secure quiet gated community yet is close to everything and especially shops in walking distance. Vineyards is also a large community so it is great for safe walking and cycling for all the family, and our street is a no through road.
We also love the views across a lake with no other homes in site and lots of wildlife like eagles and our two resident otters.

My wife and I had intended to move permanently to Naples and the SEVILLE was to be our family home.
Our family live in Naples and although we love this wonderful town so far the move has not transpired.
Thus ee furnished the house to our own tastes without sparing expense.
