Luxury 2BR/2BA Time Share at Marriott's Summit Watch
I have a gorgeous 2 bedroom unit at Marriott's Summit Watch Resort for the Presidents' Week of February 13-20, 2010, and I need to rent it. This resort is strategically located at the base of Main Street, so it is in the center of the action.
Walk to restaurants and shopping. Also has immediate access to the Town Lift. Free underground parking is included, as well as access to the resort's game room, pool, hot tub, and sauna.
I can't go this year, so I need to find someone to use it to help cover my cost of ownership. Someone should enjoy this fabulous deal!
This is a lock-off unit that can sleep up to 8 or be divided into a 1 bedroom unit and a separate studio unit. The one bedroom unit side would have a king in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room, with a gas fireplace, full kitchen, and washer/dryer.
The studio unit has both a queen bed and a pull out sofa, along with its own kitchenette with a sink, microwave and refrigerator.
