This awesome 20th floor 1 bedroom/1 bath unit is one of two units in the same building that we own and rent to special guests. We have another one on the 8th floor which is the same size. You can rent them both for large families, or rent this one which sleeps two, separately. This unit is rated platinum on rental programs, is decorated in a special Mediterranean coastal theme, sure to please the family that is looking for something beachy, but elegant. The walls and ceilings have been custom created with special art and texture so that you feel like you have arrived into a warm hideaway somewhere in the tropics of Greece or Italy.
This unit has an inside corridor entry, directly off the elevator on the 20th floor on the East side of the newest and most popular rental building on the gulf at Sandestin. The inviting leather sofa and comfy overstuffed chair beckon you to relax immediately, and watch the flat screen television in the living room. Walk out onto the Lanai and see your spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Turn just slightly and you can see the Bay and the golf courses as well. Look down toward the secluded hot tub hidden away in the rocks and lush landscaping, and see the tiki bar which serves sandwiches and drinks during the day in the busy season. The lagoon pool is heated year round, and the kiddie pool is the largest on the property at Sandestin.
The fully furnished kitchen boasts new granite countertops, and the stack washer/dryer just across the hall completes the overall feel of your home away from home. The furnishings are elegant and charming, the sofa does not have a sofa bed. There is a very large bathroom with plenty of room to put your things away. The bedroom also has a large closet with extra space.
Linens and Towels are provided, as well as amenities to get you started when you arrive. We offer free Wi-Fi in the building.
Take the elevator to the ground floor for covered parking, and entry to the pool deck and exercise room. Security is wonderful, both the entry gate and the building door have a special code which gives you private access to your vacation home.
The resort boasts 4 18-hole golf courses which now allow junior players to play at a sizable discount with their parents. Many on site restaurants on both the beach side and the bay side of the resort offer a huge variety of choices without ever having to leave the property! A Publix Grocery store, along with many other convenient stores are on site and may be reached by TRAM or golf cart.
The Village at Baytowne Wharf with its many restaurants, new zip line, and Marina offer nightly entertainment and events which will be sure to please everyone in the family. There is a children's play area right across the walkway from Mango's outside restaurant, so you can enjoy adult time while the kids play.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
