Watch the sunset over the hills in the evening before heading out to enjoy the local restaurants, staying in to cook in the gourmet kitchen, or remaining outside by the private pool, build a fire in the outdoor fireplace and create a gourmet meal on the grill.   • This Hill Country home is absolutely spectacular! We have stayed in other luxurious vacation homes, but this home has surpassed them all. This home is decorated beautifully, and even the photos don't capture how beautiful this home really is. And let's not forget the pool! Everyone loved the pool, the design, the depth, the waterfall, and how nice it was having an evening fire in the fireplace located near the pool. Kim and her Mom were truly a joy, they were so helpful to us and went out of their way to meet our needs. If we ever find ourselves in Texas Hill country again we would love to stay at what our family likes to refer to as "The Mansion."

  • We have stayed in holiday rentals for over 15 years and this home is the best I've seen. The owner, Kim, is extremely helpful and easy to contact. The home itself is a beautifully furnished custom home with every convenience. Every need has been anticipated and fulfilled by the owner - from the fully appointed gourmet kitchen that is even stocked with spices and oils, to the wonderfully comfortable beds, right down to the hand soap at each sink. The pool is fantastic and what a fabulous view! We will definitely be back!

The home is comfortable, quiet, with beautiful views, spectacular deck and pool area, lots of animals and birds, wild turkeys, deer, fun area to visit with lots to do. Kim goes out of her way to make sure things go smoothly.

  • Wow--this home provided the most perfect, relaxing, and COMFORTABLE spot for our two families over Spring Break. The room layout worked well for nine people, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was awesome, the neighborhood was quiet, and the view went on forever. The owner, Kim, was gracious and accommodating. Overall, we had a hard time leaving this place and we know we'll back. Kim, thanks for helping make it such a wonderful vacation!
