Entering Palmetto Dunes you will be swept away by the palm trees and lagoon views to be greeted by a small community called Queens Grant. You will enter this adorable, newly renovated beach-style condo and will immediately feel at home. Just remodeled as of July 31st, 2008, this condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with wood floors, granite countertops, new cabinets and appliances, dishwasher, and a full size washer and dryer. Including a sleeper sofa, this property comfortably sleeps seven.

The master bedroom is decorated in an upscale beach motif has a king bed and its own private bath along with a flat screen TV. This bedroom offers a view to the condo's fenced in patio. The second bedroom sweeps you into a beach-side dream with two welcoming twin beds with flat screen TV also. This bedroom has private access to the second full bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway.

The living room is warm and comfortable offering the option for a queen sleeper sofa. It offers a third flat screen TV as well as DirecTV, DVD Player, and stereo system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a weekend getaway or a family vacation. Lastly, for eating a meal outside or getting a little sun this condo has a full size patio with a gas grill and dining for four. If its swimming that you are looking for the community pool is just steps away from the property and the beach is just a shuttle ride away. Beach chairs can be rented at the beach access.

This private community, centrally located on Hilton Head Island, is just minutes from the beach, golf and tennis. The area's enclosed mall is across the street, as is Shelter Cove and all activities associated with the area including nightly entertainment and Tuesday night fireworks during summer months. Within a minutes' walk away is the Palmetto Dunes General Store, bike rentals, kayaking and restaurants. There is a free shuttle service provided by Palmetto Dunes Plantation to get around within the community.
