Deposits and Procedure
A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This will become your security deposit. After receipt, we will prepare and mail you a lease agreement. 1/3 of the rental payment is due within 30 days, 1/3 due within 60 days with the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to book the week. We must receive this deposit within 4 business days of the reservation. If the deposit is not received with in the 4 day period, the week will remain available.
