This beautiful vacation home has four bedrooms and sleeps ten in comfort and luxury - two queen size beds in the master bedrooms, two twin beds in each additional bedroom, and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Other features include: three full baths, and a half bath, large covered front porch/deck, and a rear porch/deck with great ocean views.
We offer all the amenities to keep your vacation enjoyable and as simple as possible - central A/C and ceiling fans, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, 3 TVs w/cable, DVD/VHS front jacks for video games, washer/dryer, full kitchen appliances and utilities, garage plus additional parking, 5 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes, and beach tags.
All this within steps of the beach. Park your car and enjoy the attractions - fine restaurants, amusement parks, basketball courts, and more.

Deposits and Procedure
A $400 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This will become your security deposit. After receipt, we will prepare and mail you a lease agreement. 1/3 of the rental payment is due within 30 days, 1/3 due within 60 days with the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to book the week. We must receive this deposit within 4 business days of the reservation. If the deposit is not received with in the 4 day period, the week will remain available.

Our week at the beach was a wonderful experience thanks to the beautiful house, the fantastic beach views, and a very accommodating owner. We did not have to take linens, beach chairs or umbrellas, bicycles or kayaks. All were provided and worked beautifully. The beaches were beautiful and uncrowded, the water warm. Sticky buns and ice cream a half block away. I would recommend this property without hesitation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our family had the pleasure of renting this magnificent property and without a doubt we had the most wonderful stay for two weeks. The owner is terrific to work with , rooms are decorated well, bright and very large! The Master is huge with nice bathroom and spa tub. The views any time of the day are magnificent whether you are sipping coffee on the beachfront porch and having breakfast or at night watching the dolphins swim by over drinks and dinner as the sun goes down. The property is very well maintained with all amenities needed and then some! There are bikes, beach chairs, outside showers and gas grill for your enjoyment. We plan to rent again soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My wife and our family have been going to Ocean city for many years and love it. About 12 years ago we bought our first rental property and found a passion for renting and real state. I have been doing rentals and real estate ever since.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, South End:
This house has been our families get away for ten+ years.It was my wifes parents house and primary residence. We would be there every weekend in the summer. There was always a full house of friends and family staying.
A lot of fun, great moments, and unforgettable memories.
When the parents said they were going to sell the house because of health reasons the family was in shock.
My wife Nancy and I decided to purchase the house and keep it in the family.
We love the location of the house and never considered buying in any other area of the island for ocean front. This is a very desirable area.
The house is four blocks from the bird sanctuary at the end of the island and we walk to the point as we call it every day we are there.

The houses are closest to the beach at this location. You can be on the deck of the house and feel almost like your on the beach.
Being our family residence we have every thing that you would need already there.
We have two kayaks,10 plus beach chairs to use,6 bikes to ride and 5 beach tags,things the parents always offered there and we still do.
