The house has a large great room with TV, DVD, VHS and cable entertainment system, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large dining room with large table, separate living room, laundry room, and wet bar area. There is a large river front furnished deck.
Unlimited local, long distance and cable. There are elevated boat slips and boat docks (up to 60') available for an additional charge of $100 to $200 weekly.
