We have a beautiful 3 level, 5 bedroom/5 bath home steps from the beach. Lots of decks with great beach and water views. Our home can accommodate 12 comfortably [one king, 2 queens, 2 twins, and two sets of twin bunks] 14 with the use of sofa bed.
Two family rooms, large modern [stainless steel] kitchen with counter seating, dining table[s] to seat 12. Large screen TV in main family room [along with several TVs and DVD/VHS players throughout [and a huge library of VHS tapes - mostly kids..]. We have an elevator which comes in handy with luggage and groceries...not to mention anyone that has trouble with the steps!
When it's time to head into town - just walk! We are one block from great restaurants, pubs, and shops. Or take the bikes into Rehoboth and walk/ride along the boardwalk for more shopping, eating, drinking, and sightseeing.
The Bay is at the end of our street - where you'll find a marina with boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, kite sailing and most any water activity you can think of.
House has: crib, additional refrigerator, several bikes, gas grill, outdoor shower, fishing poles, life vests, volleyball net, beach chairs, indoor and outdoor [beach] toys/games.
