This is the 5th consecutive month-of-March my wife and I have spent in FL; first time on Amelia Island. Leslie's "get wet" condo is absolutely perfect for beach lovers and others looking to leave time and space behind! It is also the nicest place we've rented in these 5 years (and we're not ones for skimping). Were it not for the fact that other circumstances will take us to St. Augustine next year, we'd re-book immediately. And then there's Leslie. I've met her only briefly thus far (we have another 10 days here), though we have exchanged many good emails before and during our stay. She's an excellent host: concerned, responsive, helpful. Give yourself a gift that will last for a long time in your soul: reserve this condo!

Relaxation at it's Best !

An excellent choice for total ocean relaxation! The accomodations are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good eating as well as places of interest in town. We had the opportunity of meeting Leslie who will go out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay. We will hopefully be returning in the fall.

A Rare and Wonderful Escape from Everyday ...

There's something magical about the seashore, it draws you in and when leaving you only ache to return. This condo by the sea is much the same. As the days pass, you feel more like a guest in a friend's home. Leslie's touches are everywhere and it's just peaceful, relaxed, calm ... a perfect home with different pictures forming before your eyes every time you look out at the ocean which you can see from practically everywhere inside. Everything is just as pictured except when you're here the ocean appears closer than in the photos. The location is perfect, but truthfully all oceanfront locations on Fernandina are perfect. The master bed is soooo comfortable and both my husband and I have back problems so that's saying a lot! My only warning about renting here is you will not want to leave. I simply love it here ... thank you, Leslie, for everything from the day we booked until we have to tear ourselves away.

The view is the best of all

We just spend a week in this charming condo on the Beach. It was just as described: the kitchen opened to the living room gives a nice feel. The view is the best of all, you can see the ocean seating on the sofa or while cooking which is very nice. Just on the beach, step away from the sea... I could see my daugter in the water from the condo! It was so nice to just walk on the beach and enjoy the view and sound of waves. We found a lot of great seashells. Everything was as expected! the condo offered everything we needed. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for our next Amelia Island vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island! The condo was fantastic! It was totally as advertised. Very clean, well maintained, and best of all right on the beach! We have already recommended it to family and friends. Hopefully, we will be back soon!

On the best part of the beach, and never crowded at all. Close to everything, but not affected by anything. This is an attractive, easy-to-manage, well appointed and equipped property, which also allows dogs! The owner is great to work with, and very relaxed. We have rented many, many places over the years, and put this one near the top for location, beach experience, furnishings, ease of use, and quality (including sense of humor) of owner. We look forward to coming back. Oh, yeah, don't miss the sunrises.

Great beach front getaway!

We had a great week at this charming condo. It was sparkling clean and very well equipped. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The very best thing about the condo, however, is the awesome deck with the huge rocking chairs. How relaxing to sit and watch the ocean waves just a few yards away. Leslie is wonderful to work with, and she makes the whole rental arrangement super easy. We can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our get-away at this unit. The beach access was the best we have ever had...so close and very few steps. Everything needed is in the unit and it's located in a convenient location. The beach is dog friendly. None of us wanted to leave!

We had a relaxing weeks vacation at this ocean front condo. It was quiet, peaceful, and had wonderful views of the ocean. The condo was so clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the convenience of being only 10-15 minutes from all high points of the island and at the same time being private. One afternoon we were even able to view whales from the deck. Thank you Leslie for such a great place to spend our vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in a beautiful condo on a beautiful stretch of beach. There was plenty of room, everything was readily accessible and clean as a pin. It was exactly as advertised, and the price was well within reason. We could not have been more pleased, and if I ever find myself in need of a condo at Fernadino Beach again, I will make this my first call.

We felt right at home as soon as we entered and looked down the hallway to the beach and ocean. The sliding glass doors opened on to a deck where we sat and enjoyed the view while having breakfast and cocktails. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and opens to the eating area and living room. Both bedrooms were quite comfortable and the stacking washer and dryer came in handy for towels and bathing suits. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay. It made our anniversary very special!
