This is one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed while vacationing in florida. It was spotless and decorated very beautiful. The rooms were big and spacious with very comfortable beds. The resort itself was beautiful and peaceful upon arrival. The golf courses were awesome and my husband could not get enough of them. Everything we needed and wanted to do was all nearby and close to the resort. The pictures online does not do the property any justice at all. You have to see it for yourself. I know where we are staying for our next florida vacation.

We had 2 families staying here. The kiddos had the upstairs, while the adults had the downstairs. It was very clean and comfortable. The pics really don't reflect how beautiful the decor really is. There is a wonderful view of the gulf course from the living room/patio. The whole area is just gorgeous! The rental is close to everything. We totally enjoyed this rental. We would highly recommend to all! Phil and Suzi, thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

I really enjoyed this rental. The layout was excellent and I was quite surprised by the decor in the house. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. We had 5-6 ladies and we still had plenty of room left. It was so great to have a fully furnished townhouse to do whatever you could do at home. The patio was very nice with great scenery. Everything was great. I will absolutely visit and rent this property again. The listing description was accurate, the owner (Phil) was very helpful with any issue I had while also being patient. I would def recommend this property to a friend or relative. My guest loved it and made many comments about how great the place was. It is in close driving distance to everything. Great location! Try outlets and the beach for so fun. The only drawback was that it is only two parking spots for the rental and we had 3-4 cars, but the security officers were very helpful and nice about informing us on where else we could park the cars. Very great trip and Phil I will be talking to you real soon about renting again. Thank you so much!

This property was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect and in the middle of everything. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised by the decor and layout of the townhouse. The pictures do not do this property justice! It was such a relaxing atmosphere in preparation for my friend's destination wedding. The home was clean and the owner was very responsive to all needs or any questions. We all decided that when we visit again, we want to stay in this same location. Sandestin is always the best way to go.

This townhouse has a great layout, with an upstairs loft that is wonderful for getting away from it all! The property is well-maintained with beautiful decor and of course, there is no better place to be in Destin than on the Sandestin resort!
