Enjoy the sunrise and fabulous views in our spacious corner unit with a wrap-around deck high on the hilltop. You will love the breeze and privacy in your "home away from home".
In 2007 we enjoyed St. Thomas and vacationing in a condo so much, that we bought this one and have completely remodeled it! Everything from the beautifully tiled shower, new porcelain sink and toilet, porcelain tiled floors throughout, new custom built kitchen with all new appliances, newly painted walls and furniture, and lovely accented decor, all completed August 2008. There are louvered doors to separate the bedroom area, and a queen sofabed, and twin-chair bed for sleeping up to 5 people.
Point Pleasant Resort boasts three swimming pools, two restaurants, Fungi's and Agave Terrace, and a nature trail that leads you to Sugar Beach and the beautiful, captivating waters of the Caribbean.
There are so many things to enjoy in the area! Take a day-sail and snorkel off of St. John, or take the ferry and spend the day at Trunk Bay. Shopping is amazing at Havensite and Yacht Haven where you will find hundreds of stores -- great buys on jewelry at duty free prices. Don't miss Magen's Bay which has been one of the top 10 beaches -- known for it's heart shaped shoreline with white powder sand and beautiful water.
You will need at least a week to explore, swim, snorkel, sail, sunbath, shop, sample the local cuisine, parasail, jet ski, drive a jeep, or simply lay on the beach and relax in paradise. Enjoy!

We had a great time in St. Thomas. The condo was very nice with updated decor and furnishings. But, the view was spectacular. The huge wraparound deck provided a wonderful view of the islands of St. John, Jost Van Dyke, and Tortola. Chris was really good about giving us tips, directions and ways to save money. We really appreciated her help. I will definitely use this vacation rental service again. Hope to go back again next year.

hi Carolyn, We had an absolutely wonderful month staying at your georgeous condo. The view is truly magnificient!!! spent many hours at smith bay and put almost 600 miles on the jeep! Went to st John three times and sailing once. swimming and picnicing at Megans, Hull, Bolongo, saphire and trunk, coral and cinimon on St john. The best food shopping is the cost u less and price saver club, The marina market has great fresh fish and veggies we enjoyed Fungi's , utter delite , Bolongo Bay, and several of the Red Hook restaurants, all good fun and food! We are certainly looking forward to another stay at PPR and your condo. Thanks again Gary And Ingrid Scherb

Carolyn, Sorry it has taken me so long but just got back on Sunday late. Yesterday my oldest daughter had her new baby girl and work has been crazy today. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had. Your place was everything and more. Our family need a little time away from our stressful everyday lives and this was just what the doctor ordered. We did so much from laying on the beach, scuba diving, and visiting BVI "The Baths". We even got to watch the fireworks from St. John's on the balcony. I have to admit the favorite person on staff was "Willie". He took the time out to show us everything and give us pointers. The only problem was the housekeeping. They did not leave and TP one evening and I had to run out and buy some. Even after I told the from desk and house keeping they still did not bring any. I had to go to the from desk to retrieve some. Not a big deal just though you would like to know. The kids had a great time and have already started planing when we can return. My son is talking a senior trip. Lol. My daughter took the time to write in your book thanking you guys. Thanks Again for everything. I will spread the word about you place. Jim

Well first off the view is breathtaking!!! We got to St. Thomas early in the day and picked up the rental car and was on our way My wife was bugging out on driving on the left but I was driving stopped at Kmart and the market for some supplies and heade to PPR Got there early so the room was not made up yet so we went to Fungies for lunch The food was good but no frozen drinks cause the power was out HMMM!! Had Will pick us up and bring us back to the loby to see if the rom was ready It was HMMM I guess thats what you could say if NO POWER was ready enough for you Loaded all our bags 2lg 2sm 2backpacks and supplies into the room only then to find out NO POWER!! The room is very nice the view is better and was perfect for us The front desk said it would be back up in 1 hour or so yeah right!! So off we went to Red Hook to look around and kill some time So back we went 3 hours later Now after 5pm still no power Front desk again said they're working on it Well now I'm pissed!! I got loud and the NY came out They said they would move me right away to pack our things They were never unpacked! I said Wait I want to see where you're putting us first Charlie came and picked me up and showed me the new room Pretty much the same view from down the hill a way's but the room was twice the size It had a lockout bedroom with it's oun bath and extra bed The main room was sucken LR/DR kitchen together and a nice balcony It was an upgrade from what I booked so thewife was pleased So I went to get our things and saw the power company show up so I asked whats up? Dont know he said but there wont be any power up here for a few days Needless to say we went to the new place and spent the week and it was just fine Had a great time there and will book again I'm a veteran of the island being there 15 times now and love it Was my wife and kids first time and they are already asking if we can do it next year again WHY NOT! We spent 5 nights at Magnolia and had a wonderful time. The view from the wraparound balcony will take your breath away. The condo was updated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen includes a microwave, cook-top, glasses, dishware, and utensils (including a wine/beer bottle opener). We cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen with no problems. We had to buy paper towels and dish soap so there should be an almost full bottle of dish soap under the sink. The resort staff was pleasant and helpful. This condo is a hilltop unit so walking to and from it is a workout. However there are plenty of places to park your car around the resort so I would suggest driving as much as possible. The only snag we hit was with the beach. Sugar Beach is next to the resort, but we had to scale some tall rocks with cacti just to get to it. However there are beautiful beaches all over the island and we suggest visiting them by car. Also make sure you take your car over to St. John. Those beaches are amazing! For groceries we went to Marina Market because they have good meat, seafood, and wine selections. Marina Market is across the street from the port authority in Red Hook. Also there is a Food Centre right near Marina Market and a Plaza Extra on the way into Charlotte Amalie. One last bit of advice we have is to try to avoid driving from the resort towards Charlotte Amalie during "rush hour" because the intersection of route 38 and 313 gets very backed up and you'll sit in traffic for quite awhile. We are looking forward to returning and staying at Magnolia again! Hope this review was helpful!

WOW,WOW,WOW! What a beautiful place! We were so excited to find such a nicely decorated condo. We have rented several different condos/villas in other vacation locations that weren't nearly as nice. It's refreshing to find updated appliances and fixtures. We quickly felt like we were arriving at home when we would get back to the condo after a day of fun. The view from the wrap around deck is completely awesome! I could have spent our entire vacation right there, but then would have missed all the other fun we had! I would highly recommend trying out the hammock by the Terrace Pool! We thought Magens Bay beach was worthy of an entire day. We ate at the on-site restaraunts (Agave Terrace & Fungi's). Both had great food and service. We also enjoyed Senor Pizza in Red Hook, fantastic chinese at the Great Wall in the Havensight Mall, Wikked at Yacht Haven, & my personal favorite: the all-you-can-eat King Crab Feast at Iggies (Bolongo Bay) on Saturday night! We had such a great time in St. Thomas. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. It's hard to imagine it's that nice when you live in an artic climate! We definitely want to come back! (the sooner, the better, as far as I'm concerned)

This condo is absolutly gorgeous!! The wrap around porch! The view is fantastic! It really feels like home away from home. Everything is so clean and comfy! Who needs a pull out sofa when the couch itself is so comfortable! When I come back to St Thomas if I am able to revisit the beautiful Island I will be sure to try to reserve this place! 2 wonderful resturants on site and a resort shuttle will take you anywhere you need so no worries about walking! Taxi service right there too!

My husband and I stayed at the Magnolia for a week in January. It was perfect. The views were wonderful, the pictures don't do it justice. We walked everywhere in the resort and definitely got a lot of exercise as it is a hilltop unit. Coki beach is just a short walk away and great for snorkeling. Red Hook is a few minutes away by car and you can take the ferry to St. John or eat at Duffy's Love Shack (many more restaurants to choose from as well...) We had a great time and will be back.
