This is quiet South Walton County with no high rises yet just a short drive to all the action in Panama City Beach and Destin/Sandestin.
The Village of Rosemary Beach is adjacent and shopping, concerts and village green activities of world famous Seaside are just 8 minutes away. First class golf courses abound in the area. The closest, the Tom Fazio designed, Camp Creek Golf Course, is only 6 minutes away. The 18 mile Walton County Gulf View bike path is a few minutes away and winds along the scenic gulf, quaint beach towns, dunes, and coastal dune lakes.
SeaSounds comfortably sleeps 8 in 1 king, 1 queen, one queen and one full sofa bed. All the amenities are furnished including TV, VCR, stereo, full size washer and drier and linens, and Fast Access Cable Internet. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made. |
