The upstairs features a Master Suite with king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is an additional bedroom with queen bed, as well as a loft office area with high speed Internet access. The main level features a sunny and bright Great room with fireplace, TV, DVD, and a built-in surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes bar seating for 4. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8. Additionally, the large, sunny deck has an unobstructed view of Mt. Baldy and provides al fresco dining for 6 in the warmer months.
The lower level features a cozy den with big screen TV, DVD and VCR. A new 7' sofa sleeper with extra thick 7" mattress provides sleeping space for 2. The "Bear Bunk Room" provides sleeping for 3 (with trundle) as well as en suite bath. The final bedroom features another new 7' sofa sleeper with 7" mattress, TV, and full en suite bath. Outside private hot tub as well as washer and dryer are also on this level.
This home is great for 2 families with plenty of space for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy!
