This designer-decorated villa is nearly 1200 square feet with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, with ceiling fans throughout. The full kitchen has table and chairs as is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and everything you need, down to the ice cream scoop.
The living/dining area includes an entertainment center with a 32" plasma TV with extended cable, an HD-upconvert DVD to enjoy your favorite movies. Wireless high speed internet is included.
The master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, 20" Cable TV with a large walk-in closet and private bath. The second bedroom was a queen bed, 14" Cable TV.
The master bath has a walk-in shower and the guest bath has a tub with shower. All towels and bedding are provided.
The screened lanai in the front of the house includes a patio table and four chairs. There is also a side patio area for your use.
This villa also has a full size washer and dryer.
All furnishings are comfortable and convenient, including a recliner to rest and plan your next day's fun in The Villages, even a rolling cooler so you can take you favorite snacks and bereages to the pool. Your safety has not been forgotten. We have flashlights, fire extingusihers, and a crank-operated radio as well as fire detectors in the home. We have a caretaker that is available for your questions 24/7 during your rental time.

The villa was spotless, very well appointed, and exactly as described and shown in the photographs. Everything that you could possibly need is provided and the property manager (Dee) was extremely helpful. The owner's, Dave and Vicky, were also extremely helpful and easy to deal with and we have nothing but positive memories of our stay. We would happily recommend the villa to friends and relatives.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+.
