The footprint of our 1700+ sq. ft. home is open architecture with beautiful views of the pond and golf course from the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom areas. The open kitchen has upgraded cherry cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. There are TV's in the living room and bedrooms. The Tommy Bahama decorated master bedroom includes a bath with double vanity, tub and walk-in shower. There are two large walk in closets and the master suite can be closed off for privacy. The second bedroom known as the "Dahlia" room is cozy, has its own bathroom and can also be closed off for privacy. The den is great for curling up on the day bed and reading your favorite book.
Grandezza is an upscale private gated community beautifully landscaped and secure. There are spectacular views of the Championship golf course.
Grandezza is a vibrant community located just off I75 (exit 123) between Fort Myers and Naples and is 10 minutes from SW Florida Airport (Fort Myers.) We found this location to be superb with close proximity to so many fun activities. To name a few: Germain Arena, within walking distance for sporting and concert events, Barbara Mann Performing Arts Hall offering major touring Broadway musicals. Shopping at the Miromar Outlets across the street with over 140+ name brand stores. Coconut Point, just minutes away is our newest outdoor shopping mall offering top notch restaurants and retailers. Minutes down the road is Gulf Coast Town Center with Target, Bass Pro, a movie theater complex and much more. Wonderful sandy beaches, golf courses and fishing are minutes away.
