This 1st floor unit has a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate dining room & table/chairs. The view from the living room & lanai is a LONG Lake view & simply breathtaking! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a private bath with double sinks, large tiled shower with seating & walk-in closets. The second bedroom is quite charming with white wicker furniture, twin beds and has it's own hall bathroom. (Bathrooms are handicap accessible)
The bedrooms have carpet & the remainder of the condo has ceramic tile. All rooms are very tastefully decorated, 2 plasma TVs are located in the living room & Master bedroom. Additionally, the living room couch is a full size sleeper sofa. The living & dining room area is beautifully decorated and quite cozy.
The lanai has a gorgeous lake view and is furnished with a table/chairs so that you can enjoy that first cup of java, or take a break at the end of the day with a glass of wine to view the spectacular sunset.
This unit is on the 1st floor with access to a one-car garage & one parking space. NO SMOKING & NO PETS, please.

Bridgewater Bay is a great place to stay in the Naples area. From Bridgewater Bay you are close to everything. Also one of the few complexes with a lap pool. Condo is accurately represented by this ad. It's very clean. The owner really knows what she is doing, and if there are any problems, she is easy to contact and will be right on them. She was a pleasure to work with. I'd stay in this unit again. Joel Treewater

Stayed for Jan/Feb/March '09. Accomodations were as represented. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Nice community in a very desirable location close to all that the Naples area has to offer. Would stay again. Owner was always available to contact and was sincere to make certain any of our needs or concerns would be met. Did not have any negative issues.
