If you golf or play tennis you have found the perfect vacation spot! Heritage Palms is a beautiful 500 acre community which features 36 holes of Azinger-Lewis designed championship golf and 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. Our beach themed ground floor condo is a 2 minute walk to the main clubhouse which contains a restaurant overlooking the lake and golf course, bar, fitness centre, locker room, large pool,hot tub,an aqua driving range on a 38 acre lake and a well equipped pro shop.
The Lodge is the second clubhouse which also has a large pool and a TikiBar. Throughout the property there are 8 neighborhood spot pools, a playground, basketball courts,and a putting green.The grounds of the community are great for walking, jogging or biking and you may be able to see interesting shore and wading birds on your travels. Renters have the option to transfer our club membership to be able to use all golf,tennis,pool,and exercise facilities of the property for a $250.00 fee.
Heritage Palms is a quiet residential area with lots to do but is also minutes from fabulous shopping at the outlet malls, many wonderful shopping centres, and great restaurants. There is also the famous Total Wine and More for you wine connoisseurs! For nature lovers you are within minutes of beautiful beaches, shelling, boating, fishing and lots of opportunities to see the many interesting birds that inhabit the area. A few minutes from Heritage Palms is a nature centre where you can also view many birds and even the occasional alligator.
