You can do all of this and still enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of relaxing in our townhouse away from all of the noise.
We are just minutes away from all of these activities but the townhome is in a really quiet area and far enough away that you will feel that you are in another world while enjoying all that our townhouse and resort has to offer. Your stay at our townhouse will help to make your Florida vacation memorable and relaxing.
Our brand new privately owned three bedroom, three bath Florida vacation townhouse is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highlands Reserve. It is right next door to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
Our townhouse has all the facilities to guarantee a truly relaxing vacation. All beds are really comfortable, with beautiful soft pillows. The sitting room is furnished with a gorgeous comfortable queen size sofabed and loveseat, and a fantastic dining table and chairs in the dining area.
This unit has a "lockout". That means you have an access to the whole unit, but there is a separate access from one bedroom to the main section for kitchen and bathroom facilities, and 2 separate outside entrances. This is good if you are going with 2 families, and want some privacy. Another option is for kids staying in the second half, and the adults occupying the main section
Bring your laptop with you and you will have access to FREE wireless internet service in the unit !
While vacationing in our home you will have access to the resort pool facilities, such as the Lazy River, water slide, hot tub, health/fitness center and beauty spa. Inside the Clubhouse you can enjoy the sports bar, games room, internet cafe, and restaurant. The fantastic Highlands Reserve golf course is right across the road from the resort!
Transportation is available to Disney World, Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, and other points of interest. You will find the resort staff friendly and helpful so that your stay in our home will be a vacation that you will remember for years to come.
Please note that at this resort the management charge $10 per day resort fee, this cost does not come to us! This charge is per house and NOT per person and is charged to EVERY house on the resort for temporary membership to the clubhouse and all the facilities at the resort!
A cleaning fee of $85.00 is required for stay of 7 nights or less.
Our already LOW nightly rates INCLUDE 12% Florida TAX.
Substantial discount is being given to the stays of 3 weeks or more.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for sharing your vacation house with us. We had a wonderful time in Orlando! Your house was a great way to spread out and relax - so much better than a hotel room. My relatives also rented a townhouse at Regal Palms. I must say that your house was so much nicer! The other house didn't have the "homey" touches that your house had. We would definitely recommed your property to others and stay there again if we make a return trip to Orlando. Again, thank you for sharing your home with us!

We (family of 4) stayed there in August for 5 nights. Place is great - spacious, clean and in a nice location. Wonderful pool with "lazy river" and slides for kids - lots of fun. Me and my husband played golf just across the street. Disney World is just a short drive away. We have had one problem with the front door lock, but the property manager responded to our call right away (on the weekend) and they fixed the problem within 45 mins. Highly recommended !
