This amazing fully furnished condo is a corner unit on the 10th. floor of a building right on the Gulf of Mexico. The view of the beach and ocean is unobstructed from practically anywhere you are in this unit. The unit was recently renovated entirely at great expense. Some of the improvements recently made include new central HVAC unit, tiled floors except carpet in the bedrooms, tiled bathrooms with top of the line fixtures, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets throughout with beautiful granite countertops, fully tiled kitchen, new kitchen appliances, real wood custom shades, tiled balcony and storm shutters throughout.

Upon exiting the building, you literally are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the US- Sand Key, Florida. You can either relax and enjoy at the beach front pool area, or you can make use of the unit's beach chairs and umbrellas and walk to the water’s edge of the Gulf of Mexico where you can “make camp” and spend a wonderful day until sunset if you so wish, enjoying the sound of breaking waves at your feet while you read a book, watch the dolphins swim past you, go into the clear waters of the Gulf for a swim, take a nap, take long walks on miles and miles of unspoiled beachfront, or go shelling – the choice is yours.

You will be within a 5 minute drive from Clearwater Beach and the City of Clearwater. Across Tampa Bay you will find the Tampa International Airport (40 minute drive), and among many other attractions, Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium(50 minute drive). Orlando with the Magic Kingdom and all it’s other attractions is 1-1/2 hour drive away.

Across the street (Gulf Boulevard) and well within walking distance, you have The Shoppes of Sand Key shopping center, with a very local beach town flavor and a variety of restaurants and shops. The famous Columbia Restaurant is there, specializing in Spanish food, with the best black bean soup and sangria in town.

The unit has a full and unobstructed West exposure, so your sunsets are works of art made for your enjoyment every evening from the balcony, master bedroom or living/dining areas. During the fall and spring seasons, many are the nights when you can sleep with the windows and sliding doors open. In nights like those you will sleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach, with the seabreeze gently soothing you all night, a sky full of stars and the moon shining on the waters of the Gulf.

  • My husband and I stayed in this condo in Feb/09.It has fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the dining room, living room and master bedroom. When you're on the balcony, you are directly facing the ocean and the beach.The condo is spacious and has been renovated as stated in the description. The pictures of the condo show the wonderful views it has and the renovations done. The bedding was new for both rooms, as well as the towels for the bathrooms. The condo was clean and the owner went out of his way to make sure everything was satisfactory for us.The pool area is kept clean and you can walk for miles on the beach.The owner met us himself and went through the condo building with us to show us where everything was. He also informed us about restaurants and shops in the area.My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much.
