This condominium has just been completely renovated and has a brand new kitchen. It is located on the white sandy beaches of Marco Island which is 16 miles south of Naples. This fully furnished 12th floor Sea Winds unit offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and unbelievable sunsets. The condo features a living room which includes a queen size sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with a breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a (new) queen size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath with walk-in shower. The condo sleeps a total of six people. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. The ocean side of the condo features full sliding glass doors which lead out to the balcony over looking the beach. The condo is filled with the sounds of ocean waves. The kitchen was completely renovated which includes a new refrigerator, new stove/oven, new dishwasher, new microwave and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The condo includes a new hot water tank and new air conditioning. There is ceramic tile throughout all the rooms including the balcony. There is a TV in the master bedroom plus a new 32” HD LCD TV with DVD player in the living room plus CD player. A building manager is always available at the lobby front desk to provide you with assistance.
The Sea Winds includes a sauna, new hot tub and large heated swimming pool which is located on the beach. Enjoy your swims in the warm, clean, sandy Gulf.
Please note the following:
Turtle season on Marco Island is May 1 to Oct 31 = Oceanside outside lights must be turned off and Oceanside drapes must be closed by 9pm. A violation fee may be accessed.
$250 fully refundable security deposit is required to secure the reservation.
Additional Fees include $50 reservation processing and 10% FL tax of the total.
Quoted price includes cleaning cost, parking and all other fees.
