This sunny, bright, open three bedroom home in desireable southwest Cape Coral is calling out to you and your family. The "Florida" great room and master bedroom have disappearing sliding glass doors which open to the pool and screened-in lanai to take advantage of Florida's incredible weather and great views.

All rooms are brightly decorated with lovely Florida style furnishings and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, large walk-in closet and gorgeous view of the pool, lanai and canal through the disappearing sliding glass doors. The split bedroom floorplan offers privacy for the Master Suite.

The newly redone kitchen has granite counters, 42 inch cabinets, all the appliances and utinsels any master chef would need and opens to the Great Room for that casual Florida feel.

The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, TV and DVD player. Bedroom three (ideally suited for any younger guests) is also equipped with a TV and DVD player and has a trundle bed that sleeps two and has beautiful views of the water. Between bedrooms two and three is a large bathroom with dual sinks.


Relax by the pool in your large screened-in lanai and enjoy unmatched sunsets or cruise down your canal just a short distance to the intercoastal or Gulf of Mexico where you can fish for 170 pound Tarpon or 15 pound Redfish. Enjoy the Dolphin dancing for your delight or watch the Manatee playing with their young.

Situated near the world famous Sanibel and Captiva Islands where you can pick up shells till your heart's content. Sunny skies and tropical breezes make lounging on Fort Myers Beach a wonderful destination. When you need a break from the sun, shop till you drop in nearby Naples. Visit the beautiful summer homes and museums of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison in Fort Myers. The Southwest Florida Airport is only 20-30 minutes from your home.
