As soon as you pull into the lush tropical landscape you will not want to leave this 4 bedroom professionally decorated home. Completely renovated in 2003, this home is perfect for the discriminating person. With both a sunrise and sunset deck, finding an excuse to leave will be hard.
You may dock your boat right out front, with easy access to the Atlantic or Gulf backcountry, depending upon your vessel. Enjoy a private sandy beach for relaxing or swimming in the clear clean island water surrounding the property.
Upon entering the home there are panoramic views of the gulf from every room. As you relax in the living area, you may meet our resident egret as he perches on the deck awaiting a fish from the bait bucket.
The gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances, including gas cooking and an ample refrigerator for a large group. The house is perfect for entertaining. The master suite situated like a "crow's nest" has a view to die for and includes a large bathroom suite and a jacuzzi overlooking the bay.
A separate guest suite with a full bath and kitchenette is located on the ground level with a separate sofa bed in the den. A Private Patio that leads to the beach is on this level. This is a comfortable home for a large group.
A two person kayak is included with the property. Located on the fringes of the back country Mother Nature surrounds you at her best. Nearby Sugarloaf Marina has boat rentals and just off the dock is deep water access to some of the best deep sea fishing in the Florida Keys.
Sugarloaf has miles of bike trails. There are good restaurants within 3 miles and Key West is just 20 minutes away with some of the best dining and entertainment in the country.

The property is as described, but pictures do not do it justice. The property is very well maintained and very clean. We were met by a liaison for the property and given a welcome and phone number if we needed anything. The stay was great, the dock was capable for two boats and the fresh water to the dock was nice for cleaning the boats and fish. The water access is more than adequate with channels well marked for entry to the Atlantic for some of the best fishing I've done in a long time. The kitchen was fantastic as we cooked every night for 18 people (also rented second house) and everybody was able to find a place to eat. There is ample counter top, stove, refrigerator / freezer capacity to make handling this crowd a breeze. Really enjoyed our stay only wish it was longer. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quite, just a little secluded to make it nice with no traffic and great keys style living at its best. If you can not find something to do it will be your own fault. We'll be back.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
