- Private Pool : The pool is one of the few pools that are heated in the Poipu area. It is a very large pool with spacious seating and sunning area. Never crowded and always relaxing it is very inviting for families, couples and friends to share.

- Lanai : The lanai has a beautiful sunny view of the pool, tropical gardens and the relaxing ocean of angled view Shipwrecks cliff.

- Beachfront : The view is an expansive 180 degree view of the ocean, the grand pool area and the tropical grounds of the Poipu Sands complex. From the lanai you can see the morning sun, Shipwreck's cliff in the distance and the surfers surfing the waves. At night the view continues as the pool glows a tropical blue and creates a stunning visual effect. The grounds are expansive too and allow for open recreation for the whole family. This area is also viewable by parents overseeing the children right from your own perch above. The open space is very unique as most Poipu condominium complexes do not have this style of manicured lawns and open area.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. Our family enjoyed breakfast, dinner and relaxing on the lanai. Everything we needed to enjoy our 2 week stay in Kauai was provided! The beach chairs, towels, mats and snorkel gear were greatly appreciated. The condo is in the perfect location with Shipwreck beach and rocky point within easy walking distance. The description and photos were great and we were pleasantly surprised that it was even better in person! Tom was great to work with and very helpful. I would definately recommend this unit as a spacious, well kept, comfortable place to stay in Poipu! Mahalo Tom!

Your place-wellstocked-beautiful-comfortable-a home away from home. The place FAR exceeded our expectations. Each day we found ourselves happier and more satisfied at staying here rather than a hotel. We loved the sound of the surf, watching the sunrise with our tea from the lanai and just the comfort and ease of relaxing here! Thank you is not enough. We hope we can stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo-very spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home. Spent many wonderful nights with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren on the lanai eating, talking, laughing, playing games and enjoying the view. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Mahalo!
