This first floor apartment is located on a wide tree-lined street, which is one block from the beach, and three blocks from the beginning of the boardwalk. Close at hand are a neighborhood ice cream parlor and a local pizza restaurant. We're near the new bridge to Atlantic City.The Gardens area is a quiet residential neighborhood.

This apartment is a classic beach house with beautiful woodwork and archways which adds to the charm. The apartment has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and an enclosed sun porch.The kitchen is equipped with a new side-by-side G.E. refrigerator with filter and ice maker. There is a Bosch stainless steel dishwasher.

The stove is electric and is self cleaning. We have a large open deck. Beach equipment storage in our new garage, cold water outdoor shower, bike rack are features. Off-street parking for one car. This is an ideal vacation spot for families.We don't accept groups or pets. We do provide up to 4 beach tags.Maximum of eight people.
